    My Trip Report

    All packed and ready, limo coming to pick me up in 18 minutes and deliver from this ICE BOX of Chicago to MDW and then via SWA to the slightly warmer LAS VEGAS!!!!

    two suitcases---check
    backpack---check
    cash---check
    drink ticket---check!!!

    Yeah, looking forward to the updates. especially looking forward to the Aria / Vdara reviews from first hand observation, and not just the newspaper fluff reviews based on getting a free comped room to do a grand opening / travel article.

    Twas 2 weeks before Christmas , and all through the house,
    not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse...
    BeeJay was packing his suitcases with care, for in 18 minutes
    the limo would surely be there.........

    just pounded some mickey d waiting for jason to arrive from buffalo for a pre boarding cocktail. thinking about my biggest regret in life....not finding a way to stop mdonalds from switching away from the old school fried apple and cherry pie damn it!

    Hope Jason gets there ok from Buffalo. We left Vegas yesterday with a layover in Detroit on our way to Buffalo and all the flights from Detroit to Buffalo were cancelled. We ended up renting a car in Detroit and driving to Buffalo to get our car at the airport hotel, then the drive home north of Toronto. Sure hope we see our luggage again sometime in the next week (or ever)....they promised to Fedex it. It was really nasty in the Buffalo airport area (I had to buy boots - good move wearing sandals home)....the highway wasn't too treacherous though.:eek:

    Beejay, Gaggles, and myself are here at the Flamingo Diamond lounge after taking a beating at Encore in craps and BJ.

    We have about 3 drinks each in front of us and then we are heading out to punish Harrah's in craps and Mississippi Stud or at a minimum any cougar who makes the mistake of walking by.

    Gaggles is feeling a little something in his pants so I think he will put that 8 second rule to effect with the rodeo in town.

    The town overall doesn't seem to busy.
