Well, you're missing Lardo on there. I'm a huge fan of the Korean pork shoulder sandwich. Momofuku is excellent as well.

And you also need to specify time of day, because that changes things a lot these days. For example, a lot of the places aren't open for lunch, or have different hours based on the day, or have varying menus. For example, my favorite thing on the menu at Momofuku, besides the pork buns, is the pork ramen, which they stop serving at 3pm. So with that said, here are a few I like:

    Salt & Ivy (Aria, lunch)
    Lemongrass (Aria, dinner)
    Bardot (Aria, weekend brunch)
    Momofuku (Cosmo, lunch)
    Holstein's (Cosmo, all day)
    Yellowtail (Bellagio, dinner)
    Costa (Mirage, dinner)
    Stack (Mirage, dinner)
    Kumi (Mandalay Bay, dinner)
    Citizen's (Mandalay Bay, all day)

Are you saying you want to try somewhere different than that list? If so, Aria is a very short walk and has some excellent options. Carbone and Julian Serrano are two of my favorites

Really enjoyed our meal at Din Tai Fung on a recent trip, although I was underwhelmed by their signature soup dumplings and preferred the other items we ordered over those.

I never noticed that on menu. Must try.
I've had burnt ends, and a burger. Both decent, but no wow. I may need to sub in the Korean pork for one of my planned meals in July

If by change up, you mean places not on your list.....I'd say it depends on meal and interest.

As of tonight I’d say Bavette’s at Park MGM. Had an outstanding meal there just a few hours ago.

Yes, should have said that. Looking at different spots for both lunch and dinner. Aria sounds very good, taking a look at Carbone and also Bavettes at Park MGM.

Completely agree, can’t believe I forgot to list B&E and Holsteins in my early morning writing. I typically do lunch at Holsteins 70% of the time, one of the reasons I am looking to chair up.

STK does look great, how loud is that indoor DJ?

We had a really good breakfast - I think totally alone in the restaurant ;-) - at Nacho Daddy's in Miracle Mile (but just walk outside around the corner, it's a super quick walk from Cosmo). I had the breakfast taco with homemade tortilla. Cheap, quick, Yum. (we also picked up a drunken late dinner there - takeout to eat on our Cosmo balcony - but I can't remember what we ate - probably nachos ;-)

Others have mentioned it is too loud but we’ve been for dinner numerous times and have never found it too loud to carry on a conversation in a normal speaking voice.

We did Flights back inside Planet Hollywood mall. It isn't fine dining but we had fun trying the different drinks and foods. We did sliders and mac and cheese and split them.

Ate at STK 3 times and great meals each time but we both agree no more due to the loudness.
Next trip we are heading to Jean George's at Aria.

From recent experiences of mine, I would recommend Bavette’s and Carbone, which are both within walking distance from Cosmo. I really liked Mayfair as well, also close by.
