I'm hoping Stroud will be able to do it against the likes of Penn State, Michigan State, Michigan, Alabama, and Georgia later this year, and I'm confident he'll be able to do it next year.

Ewers is QB 1 next year. Was able to attend a practice 2 weeks ago.. That kid is going to be special. Spot on with your Stroud analysis.. McCord will transfer and be another Joe Burrow.

    Ryan Day=QB whisper..

I sure hope you're right about Ewers. But if it doesn't work out that way, I think Stroud will be good enough to win a championship too.

    Amen brother!

Tennessee might still give Georgia a problem being the game is in Knoxville, but I agree that they probably won't be really tested until the CCG. They also, essentially, have a bye the week before playing at home against Mizzou who have been a major disappointment this season. I still think Georgia might score 80 on Mizzou

I think the Big10 is going to beat each other up enough this season that they might not be able to get a team in the playoffs. There is a way the SEC can if Alabama wins a very close game against Georgia in the title game. A one loss #4 ranked Alabama team, with a win over the number 1 team in the country, is still a better team than an undefeated Cincy team whose best win will be over questionable ND team. This would be a good year to add two more teams.

UM still has to play PSU, MSU, and OSU.
PSU still has to play MSU, UM, and OSU.
OSU still has to play UM, PSU, Purdue, and MSU.
and, obviously, MSU still has OSU, PSU, UM, and Purdue.

When you factor in the title game, there is a good chance that the Big 10 doesn't even have a team end the season with just 1 loss and gets shut out of the playoffs.

If OSU runs the table they will be the 2nd seed.

To be fair I only watched Stoud against the Gophers his first game he had a good game stat wise for passing yards but in watching him I was not impressed by his decision making on his INT and several of his incomplete passes he could have run for a first down easily and stead chose to throw a bad pass keeping MN in the game. MN led by 7 at the half and Flecks unwise use of a time out in the first quarter and letting all the time run down before half time I believe cost them a shot at a FG and maybe a 10 pt lead going going into halftime. Also on MN last drive they should have got that targeting call and it may have changed the out come by a touchdown. MN blew there chances in this game but I was impressed that they looked that good against the mighty ohst buckeyes and think that a rematch in the Big Ten championship would be closer than everyone thinks even with our top 2 RB's out.

there's no point in betting a line like this vs. just betting OSU ML in every single game and rolling the winnings in.

All of the futures odds are pretty meh now.

Tough to see them #2 over OU as long as OU is undefeated. They're still behind Cincinnati and Alabama in the pools, too.

So prediction is holding pretty steady.. OSU odds dropping like a rock lucky if you find them at 4 to 1.. MSU only game of thats left that should be closer then 21 points. Looking at the Analytics angle.. Georgia pass defense has serious issues.. I like my OSU future bet more and more.

I agree with you. I'm an OSU homer, but I think I'd still take Georgia straight up right now on a neutral field. That being said, no matter where everyone is ranked right now, I think OSU poses by far the biggest threat to Georgia. If a few things were to break right for OSU, Georgia could quickly find themselves down 2 or 3 touchdowns, and their offense isn't really built for that. I would be really curious to see where Vegas would set the line on that matchup today. My guess would be Georgia by 3 or so, but who knows.

Holy crap, what computers are those? Bill Connelly's SP+ (a pretty respected formula IMHO) had OSU at 29.8 and Georgia at 29.1 after week 10, so OSU would actually be a 0.7 point favorite on a neutral field. OSU's week 11 performance against Purdue could only have increased the distance between them. Now I realize the Vegas line is influenced heavily by public perception since the goal is to split the action 50/50 if at all possible, but there's no way in hell Georgia is a 12-13 point favorite against OSU, or even Bama for that matter. If you'll give me 13 to take OSU I'll back up the truck in a heartbeat.

Wow, yeah, give me that all day long. If that matchup materializes I could definitely see it going as high as Georgia -7, but if it goes any higher than that I would be all over OSU. If it gets close to Georgia -14, the money line on OSU would be around +500. I would hammer that. No way Georgia's a 5-1 favorite.

Money line and spread 2 different animals. Money line would skew towards OSU because of all the money that would pour in. Think back to when Patriots played the Giants.. The value was on spread even at -110..So many Giant fans jumped on ml and killed it.. Same thing would happen to OSU line.

While I’m not glad ichigan won, I’m glad for the rivalry.. 17-3 over the last 20 year really
    Isn’t a rivalry..

Talk about classy.. ichigan fans storming the field after winning! ichigan fan you didn’t win any kind of championship, you finally beat The Ohio State after 3654 days!

I will take great pleasure in Costa Rica watching ichigan choke against Wisconsin next week..

Only thing better then stomping ichigan is watching ichigan choke!

    363 till Columbus! Go Bucks!

Where is Michigan playing Wisconsin? Soccer, basketball, cross country? Google wants to know because the search came up empty
