Where are people getting their "fit to fly" tests done?

Is there a way of searching for providers which offer in-person testing, by location?

The lists on the Gov websites aren't very helpful for that.

That was my first attempt... unfortunately no branches near us offering tests :(

I think it'll have to be a test done over video link...

I had the same problem with Boots, so booked through this company https://www.expresstest.co.uk/

£20 more than Boots, but it's a drive-in and I don't even have to get out of the car.

Sadly their nearest location is at least 2 hours away :D

Anyone would think people in East Anglia don't travel anywhere :D

I think most of the ones linked above do home delivery tests, if you're not going for in-person or drive-thru.

Hmm frustratingly I don't think they do :(

Seems it's a holy grail to tick these boxes...
LFD Fit to Fly self test
    Sensible price
    Video call supervision

Edit...Qured are on the approved list and will do LFD at home tests for £25, an additional £10 for a video call. Not too bad.

    Move South a lot too!
It’s a wasteland up here in Cumbria. Hopefully it will improve before we need to do this next year.

    I'm packing my cases :D

For anyone else looking, I've found Living Care (£29) and Qured (£35) offering suitable LFD tests via video call.

Had me worried I had missed something then, lol.

I just don't trust myself not to balls it up, so drive-thru just up the road suits me :D

I thought the exact same thing, thought I'd take the risk out of the equation - at least until I get to Vegas.:D

Although, my understanding is that the antigen test is just a nose swab rather than the more complicated throat and nose swab for the PCR - which I definitely wouldn't trust myself not to screw up :poke:

Yeah, same as that. I'd sooner just let someone else sort it and just send it all to Virgin, or wave my phone about at the airport :D

We are booked for fit to fly test at Lloyd’s pharmacy they do it in house for you, results take about 20 minutes. Has anyone else booked to use them keep panicking that they won’t be recognised once at Heathrow? Thanks.

I would imagine a company that big are, but if you're worried you can always check with the airline :)
