We ordered the full Jesse Stone series with Tom Selleck on dvd. Watched several on Amazon but they didn't have them all. We watched them in order chronologically. Which doesn't actually match production. I love Tom Selleck and William Devane as the psychologist is great. The movies themselves are not anything you want to watch to make you happy. I think they filmed everything in Nova Scotia when it was raining. The music is depressing. But it is entertaining.

We tried watching the Get Shorty series and couldn't make it through the first 30 minutes. I tried to tell my husband that most series get better after a few episodes.

A buddy tipped me that the central star of Fauda has cast himself in another Israeli espionage/crime special.

Indeed, he did- Hit & Run. Saw the first episode last night... VG!

“Hit and Run centres on a happily married man, Segev Azulai, whose life is turned upside down when his wife is killed in a mysterious hit and run accident in Tel Aviv. Grief-stricken and confused, he searches for his wife’s killers, who have fled to the U.S. With the help of an ex-lover, Naomi Hicks, he uncovers disturbing truths about his beloved wife and the secrets she kept from him.”

The White Lotus, on HBO. Quite quirky but an outstanding satire on the wealthy.

OK...I've interrupted my 3rd re-watching of 'Lost' (on Hulu) to check out 'Outlander'... first episode showed some real promise...continuing on...at least for now...

As a public service, I want to save you 2 hours. We just watched Reminiscence on HBO Max and it also opened in theaters this week. Awful, just boring and awful and so slow. You have been warned!

    Netflix - D.P.
    Excellent fight scenes
Some of it is raw, dark and painful to watch.
I won’t go in to detail - no spoilers.
    There’s only 6 episodes in Season 1

I watched the first 3 episodes available on Hulu for Only Murders in the Building. Two more episodes to go but they are releasing one every Tuesday. I like it. My husband not so much. Wish me luck -- as a penance I have to watch Willy's Wonderland with Nicholas Cage. :(:cry:

I have to say as cheesy and stupid as the movie was. It was okay. Nicholas Cage never says one word even though his character is the main character. The husband is a Cage fan. Me -- not so much.

Glad you added Netflix to the title.
Without it my search results brought up a whole bunch of other movies and images.

In the thread about the best/worst series finale show I saw several posts about how great The Shield is. Just started it yesterday and it had me from the first episode and I’m really digging’ it. Looks like this is going to be a good series to binge.

What platform is it streaming on? I've got the boxed set on DVD but I'm lazy. I've been meaning to watch it again.
