Yikes! I get it: people don't go to football games in Las Vegas in order to save money. But $50 for anything south of Tropicana on a football game day seems kind of nuts. I even checked the Fairfield Inn across the street and they want $75. At these prices I'd just normally call a Lyft, but I'm kind of concerned I won't be able to get one. Anyone have any other ideas for parking or transportation to the game within a walk of a mile or so? I will be in a group of at least 3 people.

Call South Point and see if they are offering bus rides to the games.

All reports are that it has been a mess so far. Personally, I'd monitor for the next few games and look to hear what is working. They've had so, so few events so far that they're definitely still working out the kinks, and even some things that may be planned may not work all that well at first

TI has a shuttle that runs every 30 minutes.

Not sure how you get the $29 "early booking discount", but that might not be a terrible deal, especially if you're staying on that end of The Strip.

Personally, I'd consider parking at someplace like Sahara, taking the Monorail to MGM Grand, then the tram to Mandalay Bay and walking the rest of the way. (...or walking through Excalibur to MB.)

Building a nearly 70,000 seat stadium without significant parking was a giant mess from the get go. Parking at Lambeau is bad enough with everyone in the neighborhood selling parking on their front lawns.

How about this? Park at the Orleans and take the 201 Tropicana bus to/from the stadium. RTC schedule shows the route runs every 20 minutes on Sunday, every 15 on weekdays for the Monday night game.

How could the city or raiders not see value in bus after bus after bus shuttling back and forth from a remote parking facility. ? A fee to park and a fee to shuttle.

After further research, I learned that this in fact exists for raiders and unlv games. However I am going to the Arizona BYU game this Saturday, which apparently may not be served by the Game Day Express.

I’m mLife gold and have a family member staying at Mandalay Bay. We’ve been assuming we’re both going to be okay parking there but now I wonder if only my sister (person at MB) will get a guaranteed free spot.

Update on this for anyone following. We stayed at the Gold Coast and the bus 104 goes directly down Valley View to the stadium, so that was a viable option. However there were 3of us so it wasn't much more to get a Lyft, which we did. We had the driver drop us at the corner of Valley View and Diablo, which was about 2 blocks from the stadium.

After the game, we just missed the return bus. I tried to book a Lyft from the same corner but cancelled it because the driver would have taken too long to get to our location. Instead we ended up walking to the Orleans, about 30 minutes walk from the stadium. Since we missed the shuttle, which stops running at midnight, we got a taxi cab for the ride from the Orleans back to the gold coast.

Not sure where this should go. Almost seems like it should have it's own forum.

I'm going to a Raiders game in October.

I hear there is limited parking at the stadium.

What are your best tips for parking, walking, getting to the stadium from the Strip?

I don't want to spend hours getting to, or coming from, my home base.

    Ideas, suggestions, tips, are wanted.

    Thanks . . .

Where is home base? What’s your status at M life? Do you have the MGM credit card?

If it’s a casino like Mandalay Bay/Delano/Luxor, they close Hacienda at where it goes over the 15 highway so it’s 5-10 min walk. You literally follow the crowd walking to the stadium from the area. Before that, you can hang out at the Beer Garden.
