Always watching, don't live in a state with betting and not bothered to drive to Illinois to bet on the games.

USBC Nationals are back in Vegas

Although I’m Scottish, I am realistic, However, I did read somewhere that a “ supercomputer had forecast Czech Republic would beat Denmark in the final, so I put on a £2.50 each way bet on Czech, exceptionally unlikely but at 100-1 if this miracle happens, worth £390 if they win or £130 if they reach the final. Like most people, expecting France to win.

I’m from Belgium. It’s not really living in the streets as in other years… watching almost every game of the Euro’s, as I always do.

Watching every game as with every World Cup / Euro Cup. France going all the way, imo.

Heartbreaking - that was hard to watch. I hope Eriksen pulls through.

I truly just lost all my appetite - just sitting on the couch, hoping he gets through.

He’s in the hospital now. Come on, buddy…

I am watching a little. But a friend that is coming along on our July 4th weekend Vegas trip is a huge fan of France and I believe he has determined that the quarterfinals will be on Saturday morning if France makes it that far. I know he is already planning to stake out the best seats in the sportsbook for it lol

Witnesses reporting they saw a medic give a thumbs up and him putting his hand up… hope this is true!!

Unless I know he’s fine or going to be fine, I won’t enjoy a minute of the next game, even if it’s ‘my’ country…

No you don’t Christian, you can go play soccer in heaven when you’re 95, but for now you stay with us.

I’m getting text from a friend, he is in hospital and is in a stable condition, awake.

Match could be resumed in some time.

Sorry for spamming… I’m happy as this is positive news…

It’s always scary to watch a player collapse the way he did. I’m glad he’s recuperating…

    Go Belgium! :D

But honestly, I’m most impressed by Italy. What a machine.

I’m also not a fan of France. They always seem to play extremely rationally and then get rewarded for it. Got a very cheap penalty yesterday. Own goal from Germany against them, then lucky Germany didn’t score. Had to fight 90’ with Hungary to snag a point. Of course, the above might still be being mad at them for the World Cup half final in 2018

That’s the part of soccer that I love/hate. One mistake is sometimes enough to get you through…or send you home.

For the first time in my life, I'm confident England will beat the Germans on Tuesday and I've put a good wedge on them to get through. For me, Italy look the strongest team so far.

Since I'm Scottish, and our team being not very good I have bet Italy to win the tournament.
