Not sure but will find out next week as we are 7*. Love GRBurger and plan on lunch there Wednesday. I actually just looked up that date on Open Table and found walk ins only. Hopefully they still will give 7*/diamonds seating priority. Will let you know. Rick

The only priority lines I have seen are at the front desk, the cage and Caesars Rewards - nothing at any restaurants.

That would suck if they didn't start using Diamond preferred seating at Gordon Ramsey BurGR. As I recall they didn't have reserved seating, only walk-up waiting, and restaurants and diners that only had walk-in, had walk-up preferred seating for Diamond members.

Please report back and let us know if you get priority seating. When we were there earlier this month we saw an extremely long line waiting. Luckily, we had OpenTable reservations for that day.

Well, we went to Cafe Hollywood tonight and it was fantastic. They redeemed my points at 2:1 though, even though the website implies 1:1

Last time I was at GR Burger they told me there is no Diamond line, and to just make a reservation next time in order to skip the long line. So I went to make a reservation a week later but they were not taking reservations anymore.

I am only lowly Diamond Plus, and I don't have a host.

Talked to the host at GRBurger and they do give priority seating to 7*. Just show card to the host station.

    RE: OpenTable

Great service - but it appears most restaurants do not load ALL of their tables/slots into their system.

    Call direct.

If in a casino, call a host - they have connections. This assumes your play warrants not only a host, but you donate enough to get front of the line.

The only restaurants at PH now that offer 1:1 are Gordon Ramsay Burger, Pinup Pizza and Ringers. Cafe Hollywood has the 2:1 sign posted at the hostess station.

They didn't Saturday and I'm kinda peeved about it. Not impressed by CET so far. I've found M Life to be much more consistent and accomodating.

I agree. When the number of outlets in their resorts that don't accept 1:1 exceed the ones that do, they need to look in the mirror. If Reeg is serious about attracting gamblers as he has eluded to, pissing them off by making their comps worth less is not the way to go about that. I made sure to seed some MLife on my last trip as well.

That's exactly how I feel. Took a long time to earn the rewards I had, and then they change the rules 3 days before I arrive and don't tell anybody. I was already mostly an M Life guy before anyway, but this just reinforces it.

If you eat at a 2:1 CET rewards credit restaurant like Cafe Hollywood, are you able to charge it to your CET hotel room such as Ballys or Planet Hollywood instead, and then pay with CET rewards credits at a 1:1 ratio upon checkout?
And also, are you able to specify to use your rewards credits only for those food charges, so you can still earn the 5 tier credits per $ for the actual hotel charges?

No. I asked someone I consider credible on that subject and he said they'll apply 2:1 in that situation.

You can ask them to apply RCs to specific charges.

You don't get 5x TCs on all charges, only on the actual room rate & resort fee portion.
    upload_2021-6-11_7-46-43.png

So the best strategy is to ask them to apply RCs:
    • First to restaurant charges or other non-room rate charges where you know the ratio is 1:1.
    • Then probably to room rate charges (if any), because tier credits aren't really worth anything unless they make the difference of getting to Diamond
    • Then finally to 2:1 restaurant charges where you really get ripped off.

I can tell you as a fact Chuck is 100% correct. We charged all of our food (3 breakfasts & 1 dinner) from Mon Ami to the room and all were charged at 2:1. Though our host did backend a dinner somehow and took us to dinner at Martorano’s so that softened the blow.
We are emailing CET with our unhappiness about this schit and are thinking seriously of getting a hold of a host at Aria. Our play was really good as we usually are 2500tc/day but went pretty far over that. Our host did everything she could but the pettiness is sad. Penny wise dollar foolish.

Unfortunately, they don't appear to care. I emailed them about the Cafe Hollywood thing and they said "the restaurant was correct it's 2:1, Corporate made changes recently and we won't be reinstating your points." Nice customer service.
