A Starry and Spectacular (I Hope!) Spring Celebration

I recommend you still (at home and at your leisure) chase down a giant duffel that packs into one of your regular rollers,

(we find ours especially useful when driving, to consolidate a small soft side cooler, a small last minute misc bag, and collected gifts and swag into one, also makes a great all dirty clothes to be dumped into the washer bag, or a super last minute dump everything in the room before checkout and sort it all out later move.)

especially with hauls like this:

 

Centurion Lounge is awesome. I believe the check in person said it was expanded during Covid. And Delta One (which is nice but IMO not nearly as nice as Jet Blue MINT, which is also typically a lot less expensive), is PACKED. Not an empty seat so I am glad I booked an aisle seat just in case it was going to be full. A woman next to me has a dog but he is extremely well behaved. His name is Frankie and he's ready to fly. (She approved of my taking a pic.)

No free wifi (MINT and I think Jet Blue generally has free wifi) so despite what I have spent the past 19 days I will probably watch a movie and sleep rather than pay for wifi and post.

More to come as so much I still want to share that I think you might enjoy or would find helpful, but, for now, I just wanted to say thanks for following along. It was great to have the company and to feel the support and to receive great advice and information that very much helped with my trip planning amd enhanced my trip.

I've got @MCann world problems of deciding if I need another bag just for shoes so I can make it into Legacy @ Circa...
(kind of leaning pass, though do need to check out a sunset up there one day)

Thank you so much for talking the time to write this, it has been an incredible diversion that I really needed while going through some unexpected grief. @Champster1 is one of my favorite people and I've loved every family member of his I have met, so it is no surprise that you are also awesome. I'm looking at taking a long road trip through AZ and Nevada through June and July, if we happen to be in Vegas at the same time I would love to meet you in person. I wish you safe travels home and thank you again.

 

I do play them a little bit but this trip not at all at Wynn or Encore though 25 dollar tables paying 3:2 can be found depending on the time of day. I played a bit at The D, using promo chips (and lost all but one bet).

Finally back in my apartment after having carried that luggage up a total of four flights of stairs. Whew!

 

Glad you made it home safely. Adding my thanks for all the time and effort you put into this report. We sure do Vegas different- fun to see how the “other half” lives!
