Not a bourbon fan, but I worked with spirits for over 30 years. What bourbon is 114 proof? That's an odd proof. Just curious.

Cranberry Ginger Ale and vodka... tastes exactly like Mike's Hard Cranberry Lemonade. Good stuff.

New Riff single barrel 113.7 proof. Bought it because the bottle looked cool.

Hot tea, which is sort of strange, because I don't usually drink hot tea.

Put a splash in coffee. Much better than on the rocks.
Decided to make a weak black Russian. Again better than on the rocks but not as good as coffee.

Heat or rather warmth is on the aftertaste with each type.

    So coffee>Russian>rocks

Like @SMG, eggnog with a tot of rum. It's helped me to become the man I am today … a bit overweight with heart issues.

Me neither. I eat enough rich food, don’t need to add a rich drink on top of it. Plus I don’t do dairy and alcohol, just doesn’t work for me.

Waiting for the coffee to kick in, then onward!

Never had any commercial nog. When I was a kid, every year my dad would make a batch of batter. To make one you'd take a hefty tbl of batter, add hot water and that was it for us kids. For adults, just add a healthy shot of Hudson Bay 151 rum and your good to go. This made for a very merry Christmas!

Not sure if @Ty ever experienced but Oleg at MSS made a great milkshake....his was elaborate with cream and franchellica and baileys and amaretto + crushed ice etc and wow. 2 made nap time a real deal. FA203F43-F1F4-415D-908B-1C3FE9DD5367.jpeg

we went with blue bell vanilla, grasshopper cookies ice and some (?) bailey’s to make a shake of some sort. It’s tasty. SOMEONE added Hershey chocolate to hers (a little drizzle she said) but golly gee it is great by the hearth. 5CC77A76-A1D2-4BDD-9E71-ADDEBFBD7F16.jpeg
