Blue Ribbon was great and not at all busy. Apparently we missed a takedown and arrest that happened outside the restaurant while at the table.

After dinner I realized I had earned enough Identity slot points today (6K) to qualify For their free play wheel spin. My pal Jamie at the Identity Desk came through with a $500 result.



Floor is truly a zoo tonight, so holding on to it for tomorrow. Think I’m gonna degen it in a slot rather than try and rinse it on VP like I usually would since I’ve still got the full gambling budget right now.

 

It’s a sea of brake lights heading north on the strip right now. No way to tell we’re in the middle of a pandemic from up here. I know it’s stupid to say this when our dumb asses traveled out here too, but I’m shocked there are this many people in town.

 

The virus is everywhere. It is not selective as to if it is a nice hotel, slum hotel, purple person, Poor people, rich people, etc. PPE and following the CDC guidelines works! The strip being busy is not a factor if you listen to and follow, the governing bodies direction.

I'll have to try these restaurants next time I'm there. I've never been to any of them.

It’s truly the best. There are plenty of other wonderful options on the strip, but these
terraces are the reason I can’t imagine moving my play to another property.

 

I’m getting homesick

3rd in line for Eggslut this morning. Cheeseburger, Gaucho, and chocolate chip cookie.


Then blew through $200 on Moolah. Turned my $500 FP into $105 on TPIR (ouch), then lost that as well. Fed another $300 into the machine figuring I was going to have to hit a bonus at some point and ended up doubling that to $600.

 

That Blue Ribbon cocktail looks great! Cannot wait to go back, nice report!

 

Very frustrating run on HL Huff n Puff. Managed 3 bonuses with the $750 we put it, but couldn’t get a single gold so most we hit was $175. Down $500 on the day.

I'm really missing the Cosmo. This TR & a few others have mentioned Blue Ribbon, which I've never been to in all of my stays @ Cosmo. Looks like this "quiet" time is the right time to try it.

And looks like Eggslut has expanded their menu Or maybe I just never noticed the cheeseburger before? I'm always a 1 or 2 Bacon, Egg, Cheese sandwich person (+ a cookie of course).

Also glad to see that I'm not the only one that struggles with wins there, but won't move away because of the awesome room views

 

Milos gets an F for social distancing. They literally sat everyone next to one another in one corner of the dining room. That was the last meal I thought was going to be a concern, but oh well. Still an amazing deal for lunch.

 

Luck had been pretty poor after lunch until Heidi and Hannah came through with 35 free spins. Biggest slot win we’ve ever had.

 

It’s been a rough afternoon on Moolah and Piggy Bankin. Haven’t even been in HL since it’s so crowded in there and still managed to go down 1K this afternoon with that huge Heidi hit. Casino is really hopping and pool was just a sea of bodies. We basically have to pick what’s most important and do that first thing in the morning.
