Vegas Changes picture from 4/25. Looks like they are progressing on the screen on the western tower.

Drove by right now, it looks like they are testing the outdoor display. It’s very massive and this is only showing a portion of the screen

 

RW getting its first letter. One of the responses in the thread has a nice pic of the testing of the lights on the tower. Its going to be wild to see pictures taken at different times at night where the building exterior looks are constantly changing.

The 550 sqft standard Conrad room is comparable in size, perhaps a bit bigger, than Bellagio or Mandalay Bay. The 400 sqft standard Hilton room is probably about the size of NYNY or the Rush Tower or Circa downtown. People don't spend a lot of time in their rooms anyway, so it should be fine, but the Hilton room seems fairly small when you compare it to some of the Strip behemoths at Venelazzo and Wynncore.

I think getting more diverse acts in versus residencies seems like a good idea.
The renderings seem a little boring, lacking color, but I guess it is just a theatre.
