That was a line from the show. The Julia D character gets lost in the woods and comes across the cabin of L, D and D. They were having squirrel (roadkill?) for din-din and offer her some and the expression was priceless!

Just a guess on my part. Seemed like something Larry would say.

This morning I watched a couple of old Hopalong Cassidy episodes. Hoppy always had a message for the buckaroos at the end of the show. Kids today could use a Hoppy in their lives, but I digress.
Hoppy's sidekick was Red Connors ,played by Edgar Buchanan, who was in numerous tv shows and movies.
You may remember him as Uncle Joe from Petticoat Junction.
Also in one of the episodes this morning was Hank Peterson who was also in Junction and Green Acres as Fred Ziffel.
Hank also was in many tv shows including Gunsmoke as Hank Miller who replaced Moss Grimmick, but before that he was in an episode as Crowbait Bob who left his life's possessions to Miss Kitty.

We had one particularly mean nun in grammar school we affectionally referred to as 'Itchy Rat". We even called a pest control company to the school about a rat problem.

Nash Bridges??? The only thing old about him is the actor that plays him, Don Johnson.
Now if you had mentioned, lets say, Captain Kangaroo or Mr Green Jeans, you would have been on track.
