LVA used to have a great coup for them and I took my Green Valley friends to the Fiesta Henderson location. Food was mediocre at best. On a different trip I took them to FH's Fuego, their steakhouse. It was fanrastic.

That was the only one we never hit in Vegas. It was alway solid at SFS and the Palms.

Society Cafe at Encore - it was one of my favorite breakfast spots. The coffee, food and service were excellent, and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Great way to start out a morning.

Can't remember why at the time, I had the impression that the Fiesta location wasn't quite as good as the Palms and SFS. Might have read something in LVA or on the forums. It certainly lived down to it's reputation.

I know there was a Garduno's at Fiesta Rancho but never visited at Fiesta Henderson. Trunkcat...I ate at everyone of those locations. Many, many hot dogs at the Barbary on football Saturday/Sunday...used to love the IP buffet baked beans (weird I know) and had many meals at the BK in O'Shea's when it was either very late or very early. Used to sit in that food court area to watch the people go by.

+1 for tasteless foot long at Slots of Scum. I'm reminded of the little boy in "Sling Blade" and his comments on canned Vienna Sausages.

I think Carlos Guia was the head chef at both places. According to LinkedIn he's now Executive Chef at Aria. It's a damn shame he doesn't have his own restaurant. He's a thousand times more qualified than a hack like Gordon Ramsay.

Always meant to get by Cammanders Palace for that special and the next thing I read is that it's closed. Serves 'em right for being that close to the strip!

And Anasazi was a winner during its short tenure in that same "mall."

KGB a late night burger the size of your head. Really miss this place
The singing chef at the Westward Ho breakfast buffet.
And Tres Lobo's at the Stardust The most elegant Mexican restaurant I've ever been in. really miss this place too.
Also remember waiting about an hour to get into the damn Pink Pony late night years ago.
All-stars a short lived so so sportsbar

DIVE! another short lived sub shop. That I never tried.

    Burger King in Osheas,
Mcdonalds in Mgm properties but at least you can find others on the strip not the case for the King :(

That little Italian place right next to Double Down used to be great, but I think it's been long closed.

We had our vow renewal reception there for our Anniversary 4 years ago and used to dine there most every trip. Why did Palms close it with the renovation?? It was one of my absolute favourites :(

Rosemary's lunch special was my favorite. Still miss that one.

Remember when the Rio buffet was good? Remember all the crab legs?
I loved the Paris buffet in its heyday 25 years ago.
Planet Hollywood buffet's Mediterranean food used to be great.
I loved the buffet at Lotus of Siam. It was the best deal in town. Ordering everything I used to have on the buffet would cost over $100.

I used to get some good $10 prime rib dinners at Luckys in Planet Hollywood 15 years ago.

Nothing broke my heart more than the closing of the Jean Philippe Patisserie in Bellagio. They had the best desserts. Anyone find a place as good yet?

I am going to miss Sweet Tomatoes. Nothing like it in Michigan.

I'm sure by next year, this list will get much longer.

Andre’s at the Monte Carlo, Alizè at the Palm’s, Commander’s Palace, and the 99 cent Shrimp cocktail at the GG.

I was lucky enough to be able to eat there when the Redwood made it their temporary home during a remodel. What a beautiful room. It's a shame that it's only used to stage suitcases now. At least they have preserved it, I guess.

Also 35 Steaks & Martinis in the Hard Rock served a filet that still is maybe the best I've ever had.
