Got the email, moving over to Aria. I love Vdara, have stayed there 3 times but I’m certainly fine with Aria, have stayed there 3 times before also.

Boo! Just checked my res and they moved me from a Vdara penthouse to a base Aria king. How is that a comparable move? Checking in tomorrow so I eat it if I cancel now. Gonna call in the morning.

How does the room you are going to price compared to what you were paying at the other? I don’t think that is comparable at all

Missed a call from mlife on the plane. Offered to move to luxor tower suite plus resort credit. I accepted ONLY because I wanted to stay one more time before its torn down lol and the credit was generous.

They also mentioned capacity is an issue at aria from all the moved reservations.

Hope it worked out for you! Their claim that a base Aria King is comparable to a Vdara penthouse is laughable though. They aren't.

I got the email today as well. I confirmed the switch to the Aria. I'm also wondering when my account will show the update. The room I was booked for at The Mirage was a One Bedroom Tower Suite. I wonder what MGM considers "similar accommodations" at the Aria.

Well they have 1 bed tower suites but some are smaller then the mirage. We have a 2 bed tower so we are wondering what they will do since the only 2 bed ones they have are sky suites which I’d be ok with lol

As of a couple of days, my reservation on the Mlife website still said Vdara even though I received an email saying I was moved to Aria. So it might not update.

Correct you must call them in most cases to find out but not more then 48 hours and actually more like noon of the 2 days before arrival

For those of you that have gotten a relocation email how many days in advanced did you get it....I know that im getting moved from the Mirage and kinda hoping to see if it will be the Aria mainly so I can check their rooms out and check that hotel off the list of ones I've stayed at.

I have heard about 2 weeks before arrival. And you are supposed to get an email 48 hours before arrival as to what kinda room you will get. Now, i was told that some to most wont get the email so to call around noon time of the 48 hours before. So in other words if you were arriving on Friday of this week, then you could have called noon local time today
