Most definitely! While I highly doubt I could finish a 2nd one, I would give it a shot.

Definitely. Can't have that stuff leaking in my carry on.

    I think I'm set.

My son tackled the Diamond Jim Brady cut at Lawry's a couple times; a very sizable portion and way too much for myself. I can't image the size of their beef bowl, but I think my son would be up to the challenge. Not withstanding their excellent prime rib, Lawry's affords an excellent waitstaff and dining experience.

I had some of Wards House of Prime last year... it was truly melt in your friggen mouth fantastic. I managed a Prime Rib restaurant for eons, Wards was even better (I can admit now) My measly 16 oz cut... [IMG]

So Jerry's has a large 50oz. cut of Prime Rib, but my question is how good is it? I really like Prime Rib but 50oz. might be a bit much

Dailun stated "it didn't have much flavor" in his review of it. I much prefer a steak with a crust over a prime rib. The NoMad restaurant was offering a wagyu prime rib (for two) yet its currently closed.

I believe that I have figured out how to order it.

Blackened - Adds flavor and a crust
    Cajun Spices - Adds flavor

Note that it will come out one level more cooked than what you order. Blackened rare is medium rare. I wonder if they can do blackened "Pittsburgh style"?

Yeah, so I would rather have great flavor as opposed to the size of the steak. Not all things that are bigger are necessarily better.

Also, you might want to have them "back down" on the spices since I thought that it came out way too salty.

I will let you know next week.

This was from N9NE Steakhouse at the Palms. NYE of 2016-2017. Sadly it is now closed but the chef is opening a new place at Circa

Not the largest, but this the typical large cut at Redwood inside Cal. Unfortunately, I read they reopened and now have closed again in someone's TR. Mac & cheese side ala carte.

I've never had the monstrodious cut, but I assume it's cut from the same roasts that mine have come from, and Jerry's Nugget prime rib has always been consistently good and tasty.

One user here did report one that was disappointing, however, some time ago, and every restaurant will have their off days.

Went to Jerry's tonight and had the prime rib, I did not get to 50oz. Our dinner was pretty good, prime rib was not the best I've had but not the worst either. I would not get Lyft to ride from Bellagio to Jerrys just for the meal again. Also our server spilled water all over our sons lap and burger so that sucked, fortunately he was almost finished with his food.

Definitely! While I'm sure you can ask for cajun/blackened anywhere with mixed results, the prime rib loft offers cajun style on the menu. Never been there as I don't play there.
