    My Trip Report

I spent about 7 hours at Indiana Grand today, and my daughter @smbrake joined me. What a great day, mostly just to get out of the house and back to a casino.

They opened on Monday morning, and from all accounts it was pretty busy the first 2 days with long lines. I got there today just before 10 am. There was no line. I had to walk through a metal "door" which I assume took your temp, but I didn't see anything for sure. They also checked ID and had you take your mask down.

Once inside it was not busy at all. Usual social distancing, machines turned off, 3 to a table. Staff wore masks, players encouraged but not mandatory. I did! No plexiglass anywhere. I didn't see any sanitizer dispensers but I didn't look hard. No cocktail service but you could go to the bar and get a drink. Their self serve machines were manned or womaned lol.

All in all we had a great day! I didnt have a winning day per se, but almost broke even. I played some VP, some slots, and a little Mississippi stud. The table was $10 but no one had played there in hours so we asked and they lowered it to $5.

    Heres a few pics of my best wins;

This was a much needed trip! Even if it was just a few hours. I arrived around 1230pm and there was no line. Got my temperature taken by the thermal scanner on the way in and was good to go.
I was able to finally have another winning trip! Played some VP, slots, and Mississippi Stud. Stud did not go well...but VP and slots did.

Was a great day...and it may need to happen again soon.

I am shocked that they lowered the Mississippi Stud to $5.
Did you happen to notice if the UTH table was open?

Yes, it was. Also at $10 and it was empty every time I walked by.

Yes, I was able to have my water and soda. And people did have beers. But there was no cocktail service on the floor. You had to get them.

So.... this past Saturday I did my quickie to the Indiana Grand.
They were strict about masks and checking ID for everyone. even the old folks.
You have to have your mask up over your nose at the table games and you are not allowed to have drinks at the tables but you can touch the cards. WTF!
I played UTH and the table min was $15. I was expecting them to deal the cards face up to the players like they were doing in Vegas.
My goal was to do a quick hit--get in and get out. I stuck to my plan and it worked. I bought in for $400 cashed out with $865 and bolted to my car.

Just a quick update for Indiana Grand. I was back there today. Fun day! I met my daughter there. I didn't have a "winning" trip per se, but some good hits to keep me playing for 6 hours and was able to add to my 5X multiplier total!

One item of note is that the Laurel Lounge is open there now. They do not offer any food yet, but I like it because I can get some good drink prices there, since alcohol is not free in Indiana.

I also did not have a winning trip, but was able to get to 1000TC for the day, so with the 5x I will be at diamond again (my husband is starting realize all the perks and not care so much about be going to Vegas so much now, lol). Had a few decent hits on VP. Played DDB and hit some 4OAK, but no premiums or AWAK.

Slots were not as fruitful. I did play for quite awhile on Dancing Drums (enough to earn 200TC playing 88c), and when I finally got the progressive bonus all it gave me was the MINI  So that was enough of that game. Overall not a bad day. Now only 2 weeks until Vegas! :woohoo:

Sorry, I just now saw this post. I don't think I've seen either of those games there. They seem to be a bit behind on adding games. Some of the newer versions of other games I've seen, are just not there yet.

They did add Ocean Magic Grand several months back. that game is like crack to me.
They have 3 of them, but 2 of them are shut down for distancing.
