Thank you for your review. We no longer offer free rewards since we cannot provide the best customer experience given the nature of the VIP program.

Like we didn't know, but there it is. This is from a response to a review at the Google Play Store.

Interesting as always that the app rating keeps rising, now over 4 stars!

    Have fun.

Weird, you can still book rooms thru the app.

I wonder if this is correct!

you can still book rooms but you have to spend money to reach a booking-level.
Maybe this is what they mean bij it it is not free.

    Hopefully.

But you can reach level 1 without spending money!

    Yeah, that's likely it.

I booked a room yesterday, for November.

But level 1 doesn’t get you any rewards, since they are no longer offering buffets.

    No. True!

Just assumed that we would be able to book buffets in the near future!

So we'll be able to nick a couple once they open up, unless buffets go to Level 2 upwards when they do.

Are they going to open up booking beyond November at some point or does booking for the game end at the end of November?

Hope not, but if true, it would mean that I got 13 nights for about $500. I'd be happy with that if it does go kaput.

I cant complain either, got 5 nights for 0 usd (last year). But maxed out on gems and unfortunately not going anytime soon. With covid, next transatlantic flight is booked for april 2021 to Washington DC, the start of a two week roadtrip. My girlfriend got to decide, but I am also looking forward to it!

I've been waiting for December, so I could rebook my 4 nights from next month I had to cancel. I've been told I can rebook them 'when they can reschedule' or whatever it was.

They're not quick at anything, so I'm guessing December is way down their list unfortunately :(

Still love the app. Paid 100 when VIP level changes came about to achieve level 2. Just booked our 4th of July weekend for free as we check out of the Wynn today. I know it’s not as good as it was initially, but I’ve gotten 6 nights here in that 100.

best part is my status expires the 5th, so when we check out on the 4th I’ll book another time again. Still love it.

Sorry for that. Luckily, I live much closer and Vegas has been almost a way of life for me so when this game came along I was all over it. In the early days, room rates were so cheap that comps really didn't matter—I used to stay at the Sands for $19 a night and if I wanted to splurge, Caesars was $49.

Then in my best business years I was comped at various resorts because of my gambling. I even talked to Steve Cyr at the old Hilton once, although he quickly realized I was nowhere near whale status. In the 2008-2010 years when the economy went to hell, the old Harrah's Rewards (CET now) was comping rooms left and right—probably stayed 30 or 40 nights at Bally's and Rio—I got to be quite the regular at the old seafood buffet at the Rio.

Staying at the Rio made me realize I liked the atmosphere across the street at Gold Coast, so Boyd became my go to for a few years, but their comps totally suck and I had to lose a lot of horse race bets to get one of their crappy rooms.

Since about Jan. 2019 when I saw a video by Tangerine Travels, I have been staying at the Wynn because of the game. Now, I fear I am totally spoiled and hope the game survives in some fashion. I really don't mind grinding out gems and paying out the money for crowns over a 90 day period.

Anyway, happy travels next April, Veratio.

I’m supposed to be in the Wynn for a week from the 26th of this month (4 nights on my account, 3 on my girlfriends account). I contacted them originally to say I need to cancel as flights from the UK are cancelled and I got a reasonably positive email implying I would be able to rebook but to get back with player ID for me and my girlfriend. After sending all our details, player IDs, booking references etc and asking again can they confirm I need to cancel these myself and will still get 100% gems back and be able to rebook regardless of vip level I got this very ominous reply:

We have not started rescheduling any booking currently, and we will get back to you once there is an update. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Stay safe with your Family and Friends. Keep Spinning! Good Luck!

they dodged all my questions. If they had have cancelled my booking I will safer but the Wynn is open...I just can’t get there and so it’s ME that needs to cancel. I’m now not holding out much hope for being able to rebook.

Yeah, the original email probably said that they would allow you to rebook regardless of VIP level. When they started doing so.

Looks like the same lingo as all emails they've been sending.

So I replied to their email to say that my booking is within a couple of days so I need to cancel myself and could they please just confirm that myself and gf will be able to rebook regardless of level after their most recent email was dubious and vague. This time they haven’t replied. I’m not holding much hope to be able to rebook for next year and we both drop to level zero at the end of this cycle

You should consider disputing any chip purchases you made to attain the required
Tier level to book free Wynn rooms.
iF you paid for chip purchases, it was also to obtain the necessary VIP points to book room and buffet rewards for a promised 90 day period, Wynn Slots clearly didn’t provide you with this 90 day Tier level given that Wynn
    was closed from March 17-June 05 .>
    thats’s 80 total days with only a 30 day
extension of all tier levels back on
March 17th for ALL players regardless
of being an actual chip purchase customer!
And I highly doubt the promised room
re-booking will actually occur given their inability to develop and implement the required system to do so after 3.5 months now!
