Last night was another great night but we were up in the room early. We played and drank at the Sports Bar at Cosmo last nite. We pretty much had the bar to ourselves so it felt great for social distancing. I played a lot of slots last night and had some wins and bonuses but always small enough to give back. We played Fortune Cup at Cosmo which was soo fun. I was yelling for my number and it was great since we had a fist full of drink coupons from the Sports book. Now it is 830am Vegas time and we are on the fence about pool time before checking out to move to Paris. We are trying to figure out breakfast. Thinking about Hash House in The Linq. Starving...update and pics coming! I do want to address mask use. Cosmo probably has the least mask use of the properties we've been to but it seems to be getting better throughout our stay. I would guess some properties had up to 70 percent mask use by patrons and again more and more masks are being used since we got here so people are listening to the numbers going up. We have been wearing our masks steadily except when at the bar. It's not that big of a deal now. I am getting used to it.

How was Lardo? Their sandwiches looked so good on the in-room dining channel. I wanted to try it but they weren’t open yet so I ended up at Eggslut.

Lardo is a Portland restaurant, the sandwiches are exceptional. The Korean Pork shoulder has won best sandwich in Portland at least one year recently, maybe multiple years. Get that and the dirty fries and you will be very happy. :)

Okay, we move to Paris. Paris is just opened so they are following strict protocols including following arrows on the floor. They gave me a machine to check in on and offered fresh naps. Our room at Paris is just okay after our experience at Cosmo. Our view is the top of a building and a tiny slice of the Eiffel Tower. No resort credit or waived resort fees but 3 nites for 125 dollars...I will take it.

I can relate to the moving out of Cosmo feeling. I hate leaving that place for a terrace-less property. Paris is great though, I always do well there and Mon Ami Gabi is so nice in the early morning. Good luck the rest of the way!

Ladies getaway, somewhere on the strip with a pool :)

We ate at In and Out Burger ...my first time. The boyfriend lived in California so he raved about it. It was very good. No double double or animal style for me but it was a quality burger. I managed to get my bankroll back minus about 40 dollars so feeling very good and wanted to stay away from gambling for a little bit. The dry air is bothering my sinuses so I went back to the room while the boyfriend went out to shoot photos. In the midst of capturing Vegas , he basically became part of a BLM protest happening on the strip. It took him a few minutes to get out of the throng of people. He got great footage of the protest. He said the strip is packed.

Would love to see some photos of that. I was just reading about it in a FB group but the traffic cams didn’t show anything but odd. Sounded as if no violence - so that is good.

The slots at Paris were amazing. We went to Walgreens for room supplies today and my total was 7.77. I took that as an omen. Every machine but one or two gave me bonus after bonus. It was an amazing experience. I put in a 100 dollar bill and after less than 2 hours cashed out 580. It was so much fun!
