Any reports on how quiet Vegas is now that we are in weekday mode?

Vegas reopened over the weekend and I would think there were a lot of folks who drove in from SoCal for the weekend. Now that the weekend is over, was curious as to if anyone has heard how relatively quiet Vegas might be this week. I would think any conventions that were scheduled have been cancelled. OTOH, maybe people who are still out of work but are bored and somehow financially able might take a trip.

Just looked at Vital Vegas Twitter page and he made posts within the hour about there being only six people at the tables at Sahara and that the Bellagio was pretty empty today. Seems like weekdays are going to take a while to get hopping.

I'm curious where the weekday table minimums will land.

    Being a $5 player, that's pretty disappointing.

There's several TRs here to read about experiences there but I don't know how many are staying through the week.

I'm sure a majority still don't feel comfortable traveling just yet.

I don't even think it is comfort as much as sufficient time to request time off from from work and book a trip. Remember two weeks ago we weren't even sure Vegas would be open. Couple that with airline route cancellations, of course the weekdays will be more empty, as they usually are anyway.

I've spoken to people at MGM who indicate bookings are very strong. Probably why Excalibur and Harrah's were added to the open list so quickly and why Aria is being considered. Even the Trump is opening on June 11.

Of course no one knows what will happen, but I have a very positive outlook.

I will be there on June 21-25th. All weekdays and a Sunday. I am most likely going to do a Trip Report.

This and the fact that all the night clubs are closed is why I am so tempted to make a trip in the next 3-6 weeks.

It was great not having night clubs and lack of day clubs made the pool enjoyable

I will likely be there Wednesday-Saturday in a couple of weeks so I can report back on what I see as well.
