we are low level pearl and received the survey. The questions were thought provoking, tending toward really finding out what their players think and what will help to entice their future stays and plays. We also happen to have reservations at Gold Strike for midJuly if that had any bearing on receipt of survey.

FWIW, I got the survey. I am Gold, and average 3-4 trips per year to MLife properties the last 5 years.

Friends who also go 3-4 times per year and who are Platinum-- have not received the survey. Platinum and Noir players are a small subset of MGM's total players, so from a demographics standpoint, I would assume they are sending out their surveys to a wide array of customers based upon tier, # of visits and other information they have like your age and home state. (They get this when they scan your drivers license for your Mlife Card.) It would be dumb for them to only send to Noir, or Pearl, or those over 50 or under 50.

Us Gold and Pearl players still make MGM money.

Everything is bigger in Texas so it may be not so much the length of YOUR chain. Lol
