In the spirit of the forum, let's do what we do best and inform, educate, and debate hotel deals lol.

Looking at my CET calendar today, I see some options in the summer months I likely will take advantage of. Since this year has already started out as being quite an unique one, I decided I will continue that trend and stay at a CET property I have not stayed at before.

Options are: (3 night stay total)

    Bally's (resort room $199)
    Flamingo (fab room $322)
    Paris (burgundy room $361)
    NOBU (deluxe king $979)

I am asking which is the best value, not the best hotel or even cheapest price. Of those hotels, considering cost, which *deal* is best for a solo trip.

Ballys for sure. Biggest room of the 4 options posted, and in a great location. Flamingo and Paris aren't worth ~50-75% more than Ballys

Bally's is the best value. I stayed at Paris a month ago for the first time and it's pretty much the same as Bally's. I've started to dislike the Paris casino because it just seems gloomy. As in they don't spend money to light the place.

Ballys. I would stay at Ballys before Flamingo all day. Paris and Ballys are practically the same resort, so I would not pay almost double for a smaller room at Paris. Nobu is too expensive.

Nobu really does not add much in value - and surely not that much. Rule that out.

The others are not that much different. I would lean towards cheaper, but would do a different based on where you think you would be spending your time. Staying at Ballys and spending most of your day at Harrahs for example would not make sense to me. Though we walk LOTS in Vegas (5-7 miles a day) - I want my evening play to near the elevator to my room.

Even if I stay at Ballys, I probably will gamble more at other CET properties and hang out at other venues at night.

Those are pretty high rates, are they multiple nights or a single night?

To me, Bally's is the best value of the four listed, as the other two rooms are not much better in terms of in room amenities. I have not stayed at Nobu, so cannot give an accurate assessment, but doubt you get $780 in additional value with that selection.

I humbly suggest Bally's across the board even if prices were the same for all. Nobu for $979??? Not a chance.

Another vote for Ballys. As mentioned, you are connected to Paris so it's almost a two-fer!

    Bally's is my pick.
Bally's has also been the unanimous value pick on VMB whenever people ask us similarly to you LVRaider. Tough to beat mid strip and nice rooms for their prices.

Bally's without a doubt. Larger room, recently renovated, a quick 5ish minutes to Paris, Cromwell and Flamingo, good selection of gaming in the casino.

The Flamingo "Fab" room is their lowest level, oldest rooms. They will not compare to a Burgundy Room at Paris. I'm a big fan of the Flamingo but if your pricing the Fab rooms I'd do Bally's or Paris. If it was a newly remodled "Flamingo Rooms" i'd pick Flamingo.

Another vote for Bally’s, see if you can get an upgrade to a suite. Great location on the strip, it’s connected to Paris, and I really enjoyed the pool. It’s a bit of a hike just past the monorail stop, but it’s a big area and it was not very crowded. Sometimes the music is a little loud for me, but in the afternoon there is usually some shade to be had.

This would be an easy choice for me, Bally's... all day long! Actually, it's not even close IMO.

Bally's is my favorite place to stay, Paris is my favorite place to play. I consider Bally's/Paris as one property connected by a tunnel.....sort of like driving from London to Paris, although driving takes a little longer via the car whereas walking takes just a couple of minutes.....LOL.
