he actually didn't match anything. I showed my existing reservation at Signature by MGM and came back with 2 nights at Cosmo. It was nice.

Thanks for the clarification. He denied me due to getting $15 free play and "leaving" after losing. My friend and I went to the chandelier bar after the play.

I’m confused so he did initially match your Wynn teaser offer?

No. I had offers from other properties last June and they were hotel stays, nothing else. He couldn't give me a hotel stay but only $15 free play.

Same happened to me. If you "burn" them on freeplay, you likely won't get a match.

I emailed him a few days before my Jan 2020 trip, already booked at Cosmo. He was very responsive.

Matched my Aria offer and gave us 3 nights in a studio terrace with fountain view last summer. Wife liked it so much that we will return there for our next trip before heading to the Wynn.

I sent an email mentioning this thread and stating that I was planning on tacking on two nights in a Fountain View Terrace at the end of a comped MLife stay in April, and within hours got a response with an offer for two fully comped nights in a Studio Terrace Premium View for the dates I was looking at. A couple of emails later with Danielle, and my stay is confirmed and booked! They must have found my Identity account based on my email, so I didn't even need to give them any info, it was all there. Super easy! Super cool that they do things like this to attract new players. Of all the times I've been to Vegas, I don't think I've stepped inside Cosmo. That's about to change!

Some people may not think about it, so it's worth mentioning.

Kevin was unfortunately unable to match my one night comp offer from Aria and Bellagio, primarily because it’s MDW so they will be very busy, which I understand. I’m still planning to drop by a put a few hundred through the slots to see if that generates any offers.

He was very responsive to emails which I really appreciated.

My husband contacted Kevin and received a quick response. Kevin was able to match one of his MLife offers. I’m so excited to celebrate hubby’s birthday at Cosmopolitan!

He was able to get me a Terrace Bedroom Fountain View for the first night of my trip in March for $99 no resort fees. Ability to have room comped depending on my play.

Very quick to respond and I would recommend reaching out.

Did you just reach out to him for a room deal or did you send him other resort offers that you've received?

I think his suggestion is posted in the thread

Email him offer from other properties, and win/loss...

I did. I was already on a comp offer; he upgraded room significantly.

Candidly, I had hoped he'd match my food and beverage credit on other offers.... But upon seeing the room, I was very grateful. I've been to LV 8 times in past 20 months, several Strip views.... first view that made me exclaim "wow"

It's definitely worth checking in with Kevin. I have a trip scheduled to begin in a few days, staying at Bellagio on a low-level comp offer, but have always been interested in spending more time at Cosmo. I sent Kevin my MLife offers, proof of Bellagio reservation, and W/L statements. He responded extremely quickly and was very nice/professional. Unfortunately, Kevin said he couldn't do anything for my dates since they have a convention checking in that same day, but graciously offered a few dollars of free play to entice me to stop by anyway. Completely above and beyond.
