    My Trip Report

The Paris 20th anniversary celebration top prize is a trip to Bora Bora. :woohoo: Can I win it?

While living in Southeast Asia for 7 years I dreamed of a stopover in Bora Bora with the family on one of our home trips. Unfortunately a stop over would change the baggage allowance from international to domestic resulting in an additional $4,000 fee. So we never made it. :cry:That was long ago and now I think I would rather have the prize in free play now.

Offer includes $250 free play, anniversary dinner, a giclee print signed by the artist and a bunch of prizes.

So my son and I will be at Bally's playing for drawing entries up until the earning period ends then at the dinner to collect!!!!! We will both have our VMB wrist bands on and probably spend a good bit of time at the Lobby bar. Stop by and say hi if you see us.

I'm all packed and about to hit the road. About an hour to Hartsfield Jackson, so I'm heading out a little early to avoid traffic.[IMG][IMG]

Ok, Cigars are in the tupperdor and in the suitcase so now I am officially ready. Well I might hit the bank in the morning for a little cash until I get my marker.

Can you carry a cutter on the plane?

Yes, you can carry the cigar cutter on without problems. I always have one in my backpack for my golf outings.

Absolutely love Bora Bora. Of all the places the Mrs. and I have been, she continually still talks about Bora Bora, and when are we going back. I think it's her favorite place we have ever visited.

Nice smokes. I prefer a lighter colored wrapper myself since I am generally not a smoker

Thanks for the update. My son makes fun of me cause I just bite the cigar end off. Since he is bringing a cutter, I probably won't.

I would still love to go to Bora Bora but now we have young twins so getting away is difficult and bringing them would be more difficult. Also not sure if Zika and dengue fever are still an issue. Another place is to go back to New Zealand before I get too old.

Same here. I am bringing mostly Padilla Series 68's. A little darker but very smooth and not like a maduro. I did throw in a couple CAO's but don't remember which ones. They were from a sampler pack.

I do most of my cigar shopping now at a local smoke shop that puts little stickers above each cigar with the tasting notes and the Cigar Aficianado rating. Helps me find good smokes without all the trial and error involved a lot of the time

I've been buying mine online from cigarinternational.com. They run a lot of specials and that is what I usually buy.

Hey Tring, where can I find this beer in Vegas? It's been my go to the last couple weeks.

You should be able to find that at any store that carries beer. New Holland distributes every where and that is one of their year round brewed beers. I would imagine that you should be able to find it on tap at a lot of casinos as well.

After a quick search on their website, it is pretty much in every casino on the strip. Have Fun!

Thanks. SandsFan likes the lighter smokes too, but it wasn't till I had my first Maduro that I picked up the hobby

:woohoo:Thank you, I am hoping to find it at the casinos this trip. I am normally a Ciroc peach and soda guy but think I'll look for a few craft beers this time.

Thanks, I am hoping to find it at a casino as I don't normally drink in the room. Actually not even in the room that much. I love to see people enjoying their view from the room but I am way too much a degen to do that.
