If you ever consider a dessert with a side of cognac....let us tell you guys, Hine Cognac Triomphe as a nice shared sipper and Delmonico's caramel butter cake with cinnamon-poached apples and house made whipped cream. Go for it! Exquisite.

You guys get some of the best drinks and some awesome food! We're another one that have Wynncore as our home base but rarely go to the Up and Down Bars.....I need to correct that problem next week

 

What a meal!!
Here's a funny interlude on how my husband and I spent our 30th anniversary:
At the breakfast table the day AFTER our 30th anniversary I said to my husband, "Oh, wow. Yesterday was our 30th anniversary." (Note it was a statement, no exclamation mark.) To which he responded, "Oh, yeah. Happy anniversary." "Happy anniversary to you, too, Hon." We then went about our day.
