Mlife 3x Tier Credits

Gold now but need 51,818 Tier Credits to advance to Platinum for me and got the rollover email...I have a trip in Sept planned, is the 3x for certain tiers only?

 

I’m not sure if you get both 3x and rollover. I would call and check.

 

I got to platinum last year and the only way I’d be able to make it back again this year is to have this 3x offer. I never received this email so I called Mlife. They told me this offer was not available to me and it’s for lower tier status players.

Is anyone here platinum or gold that received this offer? Just curious.

I received the offer. I have been gold for years (only hit platinum once) but low played Mlife in April - spent too much time casino hopping which is not. my norm. I usually plan a trip in September to avoid the crowds and level up. I’m spending time at CET and less at Mlife so the multiplier will really come in handy.

 

I never got this offer,but I need to get back to Gold.I'm beginning to think playing else where would be worthwhile,and Mlife would maybe send me a 3x's offer.Seems ,the moral of this story is when they know that you are the regular patron,they offer less ! I may just take competitor matching tier level and see what happens in the future,and play less with Mlife.

 

I have the offer for 3x points and I am currently platinum.
I already have a trip booked to see Iron Maiden in September so I should easily make it if it is 3x.

This has been happening every September lately, we go every year for my birthday and we have had the offer each time

 

How many tier credits do you currently have? I have just over 100,000 and trying to make it back to Platinum before they reset. But I never seem to get any offers like this. Im thinking they dont want to give me offer because I already have over 100,000.

 

Would be interested if anyone else in LV under this promo can report on whether the 3X TC's posted while you were in LV?

Just got back, got 3x credits and ended up at 305,000. Credits did post everyday while I was there, definitely a decent promo if you can take advantage of it, but as always those credits mean nothing without play.

 

Can I ask how many tier points you had when you got the offer?

 

I was at about 160,000, I am a pretty low roller, this was my 4th trip this year.

Seems odd you didn't get the offer, last year i was already platinum by August and still got the offer last year as well.

 

I swear I’m blacklisted or something. I’ve spent more money every year and my offers have gotten worse.

 

I recently passed by an MGM property in Vegas and went to the mLife desk to ask about this. The agent there said he had no way of checking for the offer in their system. He suggested I call the number on the back of my mLife card, which I promptly did. The lady who answered was quickly able to verify that the offer was indeed on my account, and would apply even without having a reservation. So that all worked out for me - except for the part where I had zero luck at the tables and wiped out way earlier than expected.

 

Has anyone received their rollover tier credits yet? I realize I'm supposed to give them another week, but it's taking a while!

 

Not me. My tier credits are currently 641. How that’s even possible I don’t know as my last play was on 9/30.

 

If you had any activity where TCs would have posted after 30 September, that could be it. Also, it could be a sign of when the gaming day starts/ends. Check your win/loss statement to see if you have anything posted for October 2019.

I had a stay at Mandalay Bay that spanned the gaming year (checked in 29 September, checked out 1 October). If my rollover TCs have hit my account, then I somehow got shortchanged TCs on the rest of my activity. If they are not yet there, then I got a really nice bonus somewhere.
