What restaurant has the best eggs benedict? Share your favorite with me!

Prefer somewhere on the strip because I don't particularly like having to take an uber to breakfast.

    Thanks in advance!

I like the traditional version at the cafe inside Paris. (Not MAG)

I was pleasantly surprised by the eggs benny at Downtown Grand, but service is unpredictable. Mon Ami Gabi is one of the few places that I could tell that the muffin was freshly baked, I’d definitely repeat there. P.S. if you’re looking for a recommendation where any of the four elements of the dish is altered, I haven’t tried it.

I love the Salmon Benedict at Mon Ami Gabi. It's my favorite breakfast spot on the strip.

So, WHERE on the strip will you be staying - as many places would still require an uber, or long walk before breakfast - LOL!

Anyways, Mon Ami Gabi is nice.

We did eat at the restaurant at Park MGM a few weeks ago. Was very good. Not cheap, but very good. No idea which restaurant but might be the only one doing breakfast?

Yeah that's a little ambiguous. I'm staying at Paris but for my purposes anywhere between Tropicana and Wynn is fine, maybe even Mandalay Bay. I'm fine with the walk; I just wouldn't want to take a cab to somewhere in Henderson!

According to your countdown timer you should be within walking distance of Cafe Isle St. Louis very soon.

I guess some of these "Benedicts" are like "Martinis" or "Margaritas." Viva la revisionism?

Is that at Freedom Beat? Agreed on the service but I had a cauliflower tempura appetizer there that blew me away. Maybe I’ll have to give the Benny a try!

Perhaps Primrose? They have an outdoor seating area which is quite nice in the morning but perhaps not so much at noon.

I always tout Bouchon but a year ago I went and it was sadly not the meal I was used to. They also removed their hangar steak and eggs which is so sad.

That benny at The Henry looks amazing, definitely stopping into Cosmo for that one.

Speaking of Bardot, it's not quite a Benedict, but their "hunter's waffle" is within the same family. It's still got eggs and hollandaise, but there's a waffle instead of an English muffin, and duck confit instead of Canadian bacon. It's one of my favorite breakfasts in town.

There is a special Eggs Benny at Mon Ami Gabi that I haven't had the chance to have in my last couple trips. They only serve it Mon-Thu now :( and for some reason not every Mon-Thu.

It's on a baguette, with house bacon, brie, eggs and sauce, served with the frites. If it's offered, get it! The regular benny is fine too, but there are better, especially on weekends when it's alacarte and doesn't include the crispy frites.
