I don't understand slots. What was so special about that hit?

 

That's the mystery question. Seeing the total credits on a machine means nothing, when you don't know the original stake. I have seen people put in $500 dollars into a penny machine to start with.

 

Nothing. He won zero on that spin. But his credit balance is $1888, so I guess he's implying he won big on it.

 

Thank you. I thought that posting an $1888 hit would be interpreted as a large win. Had MB started with an $1800 buy in I would not have posted it.

 

But do you know what he started with? $20? $100? $200? etc.

 

MB starts all his slot sessions like many of us degens....with a $100 bill. That's why we hate him so much! He literally had 4-5 of those $1000 hits on a $100. I was right beside him when he was dealt trips with kicker on TDBP (.50) for $1000 at Sully's. Very luck y weekend for him. Of course he gave back $1000 one night and money at other times.

When we started Saturday night he had doubled his bankroll. He wisely brought out only half of that. He reported a net loss after the dust settled on Sat of $1000. This was then followed up at some point Sunday with a hit of +1800. Bottom line is while I don't have the exact numbers, I know CET paid him more than $1000 to stay in a suite at Bally's, drink, eat, and pick up a free cruise with no less than $200 on board/CET credit this weekend. Not bad at all.

Their was an earning period for the cruise to get on board ship credit or CET credit that is good until February. I made a bonus of $225 to be used at my leisure so no way could he have got less than $200. Likely much more based on slot play vs vp play.

Bottom line, I'd say we done Vegas good this last weekend!

Whoops. I’m a bit late to my closing post. Let’s just say the trip was a success by Vegas MB standards.
