I’ve played craps at Four Queens at 4-5am and that was still being up from the night before. A lot of people walking around begging for money at that time.

I'm from the East coast as well, and wouldn't mind an morning session but not sure about "while it's still dark out". Something around 930 to 10am would work better for a start time (post nice breakfast somewhere)

The only downside with early morning is many of the Craps tables seem to only have half the table opened.
The problem is I don't shoot from any stick right position.:p

Aug 18-23 at PH, my annual summer solo trip.

Plan on being fried at the pool; maybe get a cabana for myself if I can find a deal.
A trip or two DT for Sigma Derby.
Thinking about trying to get Def Leppard tix.
More gambling at Cosmo this time.
    Food. Good food.

Always up for meet and greets, dinner partners, etc.

If you are "thinking" I suggest you buy now. I checked tickets for that weekend and they seem to be going quickly.
Upper deck running just over $110.
    Lower deck $300-$600.
Never been to that theater and no idea how good/bad the upper deck seats are.
If you do go, definitely post back about the concert.

I believe I am scheduled 8/19-8/23 at the Cal. I can provide my best effort in ensuring safe passage from MSS (a great craps starting point you may never want to leave, $5 min 20x odds), to at least 4Q (may be edging out mss as my new fave table) or the D. I can protect you from buskers (see my last trip report), Nights work best for me, 9-10am is feasible if I have been up all night (which is possible, prollly 40% odds).

Hopefully I will also attend the Jul31/Aug1 craps meet and you will hear tall tales of my feats of prestidigitation.

If no one makes it I'll probably be at the MSS / GG / or 4Q table most nights. (MSS prob 2-4am)

@AyDee , I would prefer nights as well, just not Vegas with out lights as you hop casino to casino. I'll start a separate thread once I get free from the holiday busyness, so we can get more specifics on date/time/starting point etc. Your idea sounds solid though

I'm seeing $84 for the 200 level on Tuesday the 20th. I may get one of those, and see what happens. When I got nosebleed for The Who (5 days before the show), I ended up getting moved down to the VIP area at the Colosseum. Don't know if that will happen here, but you never know!

I thought Craps tournaments were something of the past. Was unaware they are still done them.
Unfortunately I don't arrive until a few weeks later.

    Does anyone have a link?

I will be staying at Bellagio those dates and thought about playing in tournament but I haven’t as of yet.
I have played in several tournaments over the years and made the finals at one at Paris several years back they are a fun experience.
