    My Trip Report

In about 24 hours I will be arriving in Vegas for a 3-night stay at NoMad. This will be my 19th (!) trip to Vegas, and first trip this year. I’ve been on a gambling hiatus for the past 4 months because the BF has been in school, so we've been trying to reduce expenses. I'm excited to get back at it!

I’ll be flying solo this trip so no big shows or dinners planned, but I will be attempting a full Strip run on Monday, walking through and gambling at least $20 at all 25 casinos on The Strip between Mandalay Bay and Encore. Will I make it to the end? Will I lose all my money? Will I regret my life choices? We’ll see!

Three nights are comped at NoMad, plus $50 in resort credit and $50 freeplay. First time staying there, so excited to see what it’s like. Also got my round-trip flight in Comfort + on Delta "comped" for 25k points.

Plans for the trip so far:
    - Lots of Video Poker, Blackjack, Craps, and some Slots
    - Maybe a bit of pool time if the weather holds
    - Try Ellis Island BBQ for the first time
    - Drinking
    - Full day downtown on Sunday, with a big ACG/LVA coupon run
    - VMB mini meetup on Monday, assuming Vegas doesn’t get in the way
    - Going to try to hit up Best Friend, NoMad bar, and Eataly at Park MGM
    - More drinking
    - The full Strip run, hitting all 25 casinos in one go
    - Bunch of ACG and LVA coupons
    - Hitting a $50,000 handpay (one should have goals, right?)
    - Whatever else Vegas brings our way

As usual, I will be posting here live as much as possible with pics, gambling reports, food porn, and other thoughts. I will also live tweet some of the highlights of my trip, including the Strip run, on Twitter. You can follow me there @TwoWayHardEight

    I hope you’ll join me!

That is a lofty goal! Good luck! Might try to track you down on Sunday and say hello. I should be somewhere downtown. I fly out Sunday night.

One night at the Gambling Hall...
    ...followed by two nights downtown

Sounds good! I'm planning on being downtown all Sunday hopping around, but probably a large chunk at The D playing the ACG coupon that gives you and extra $5 in freeplay for every 50 points.

We'll see how it goes with the Strip run. I posted the idea on Twitter and several people replied that they have done the same in the past, so I guess it is doable. I walk a lot, so I think I'll be ok, especially with stopping at each casino to gamble, plus stopping for lunch, etc.

Have fun! NoMad bar looked cool when I walked past it last month.

Can't wait to follow along. On our trip last December we visited every casino on the strip from Mandalay Bay to Encore to score a dollar chip.

Ya, I've done the complete Strip walk before (not past Wynncore). I sat down at a bar to play VP, and see how long/if I got a comped beer. Only one bar (in PH, I think) didn't cooperate.

Aren't there more than 25? Think there are a few small ones (Margaritaville, O'Sheas, maybe others).

Good luck, hope you're lucky with some of these quick hits!

Yes, I’m not counting those as true separate casinos

Margaritaville casino has been reclaimed by Flamingo. Only the gift shop and restaurant are Margaritaville themed now.

Nevertheless, you should consider going into O'Shea's for a frozen baileys! Missing out on one of those last trip was one of my few regrets!

And pics of Nomad room please! Good luck!!! Find that royal!

Thanks, Tring. Yes, lots of pics! Had my first frozen baileys last trip and will definitely be going back for more
