I'm glad I didn't see this thread before going on my trip last month or I might have been discouraged! I was in Vegas for 9 days and was unsure of which show I wanted to see and when. I decided on Mat Franco and when I went to the box office I had no trouble getting a ticket for his show a couple of days later. Of course I was solo, so the fact that I only needed one ticket might have helped.

By the way, it is so worth it to get tickets to see him if you can - his show is phenomenal and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to decide what to see. I will definitely go again!

OK, I'll bite. How many weeks in advance can you get Mat Franco tickets and how do you ask for them??? I've been continually told, day of the event only.

I purchased 2 days in advance. I had read at one point that it was supposed to be 5 days max. However people are booking out a lot further than that. It just amazes me that they would allow it. Remember the Vegas locals selling show tix from MV when it first started? I can remember a guy in one group bragging that he was unemployed and collecting unemployment. He played on the computer all day and then redeemed for Cirque & other show tickets and sold them for cash. Someone can become Diamond with a minimum of around $400? (Founders Card), redeem for 2 tickets per month at a fairly decent value for some shows and then resell them. (Yes, you would have to be a local to do this and get any extra cash out of it).

I had no idea there was supposed to be any day of or any kinda rule like that. I would just give the vouchers and ask when they had the next available Mat Franco shows, we didnt have any certain dates we would just take the ones they said were available. Both times we got them it was at the Rio box office, not sure that it really matters though or maybe it does and they just dont care.

On March 1st we got the vouchers and tickets for the Mat Franco show on March 17th. So I know you can do it that far ahead - but I think it may have to be in the same month.

In the past I have thought that the Diamond tickets for Penn and Teller were available on the day of the show only. At least that is what it was the last time we used our Diamond show voucher for Penn & Teller.

I hear the Piano Men show is decent, we might use our voucher for that one in a couple of weeks.

I am going to use my Diamond tickets on May 1... I am hoping that Wayne Newton and/or the Greatest Piano Men are still on the list and not dark that day.

May be a dumb question, but from the site it looks like if Im diamond, I’d only get one free ticket and one 50% off? Still nice since I’m only tier matching, but want to know for sure

Do the tickets have a name on them? My mother will be in Vegas the week after me and is not diamond. If I can get tickets, to give to her, that would be great.

No names on the tickets. I have gotten Diamond tickets and given them to my son. No muss, no fuss.

I knew it was a limited run, was just hoping it would eek into early-May.

Good information to have. Kinda sucky for me, but thanks for providing.
