Ken they have the perfect clear plastic jars on Amazon with black lids to use for spices. I originally bought them for my daughter to put her slime creations in. They even come with sticker labels to put on each one and they are super cheap. I use them for everything. Just look up slime containers as I think that’s how I searched for them.

I’ve currently got homemade yeast rolls rising, that I am making into pepperoni balls, for the kids after school snacks. I put pepperoni, provolone, and mozzarella in them. I also put sliced pepperoncini’s in some of them for me and Lucy. They never look too pretty after I construct and bake them, but they smell and taste delicious. I make such a mess brushing them with melted butter and milk before baking. I’ll post photos once my dough rises and I start making them.

Husband will have sloppy joes as I'm fuck all with cooking tonight.
Getting over a cold bug he gave to me from his germy students. I want to beat them all with a pool noodle.
Might have some of that pre-joe cooked beef over rice or something. With a side veggie because I'm not a bastard.
    Cheers.

I culled also. I am down to two small shelves and a basket, plus a new herb garden. I love that rosemary and tarragon survived here, even with the cold February.

I also discovered who likes the taste of kale. Rabbits do, damn them.

Hope you get over your cold bug soon @ardee !

I gave my cold that I got from Vegas to my poor wife. She rebounded fairly quickly, me not so much, lol. I went back to work and my sick co-workers made me relapse....:bang:

I LOVE sloppy joes btw.! :)

    .......
Thanks so much for the good wishes, @Electroguy563. It's the cough that was keeping me up for more than a few nights but it's pretty much over now.
I think my hubby fought it off quicker because he's around his students all the time, while it became a super-bug to me when he brought it home. :haha:
Sorry about your wife getting it and your relapse. Wishing you both a speedy recovery. :)

I'm hoping to make @Breeze147's soup recipe (he was kind enough to post in this thread) next week.
I have all the ingredients in the freezer, including the ham hock.
Had to put it off until we both felt better. I know it's gonna be delish and will report back after it's all done. :feedme:
