I need the odds on the july 21st fight between Jaime Munguia VS Liam Smith. The fight is in Las vegas at the Hard Rock so I would assume they would be taking action on the event? I have looked EVERYWHERE on line for the odds for this fight and nothing so far? It is a kind of a big fight that will be shown on HBO.

If anyone is out there PLEASE help me....

Its not that big a fight and I may actually go to it. It wouldnt surprise me if only the Hard Rock took bets on it and only closer to fight night. Best bet maybe call the HR book? If you find out, please report back.

I just checked the Cantor App on my phone and don't see the fight listed. The Hard Rock's sportsbook is a Cantor shop and as @ChickenDinner indicates, they'll likely post it closer to fight night. I'll keep an eye on my app for it.

I don't think there are any odds for this fight yet. Boxing has become such a niche sport in the US that only the top cards with the top names usually generate odds far in advance (or at all). This fight at that venue does not meet those qualifications, even if its on Boxing After Dark

I was in Las vegas during the time when Jaime Munguia fought Sadam Ali (they fought in New York), none of the white sheets posted the line for that fight. But smaller fights like this, dont get posted until a day or two before the fight. I lucked out and mentioned it to a person who worked at the sportsbook and he mentioned that they did have a line for it and looked it up. Literally about two hours before the fight this happened and i was able to throw down some money on Munguia and he destroyed Ali in 2 to 3 rounds. But now all sportsbook have boxing odds, but if they do itll be on the more known fighters, mayweather, pacquaio, canelo, GGG. Another good source to check as someone mentioned earlier are the sportsbetting apps but definitely closer to the fight.

I have called sportsbooks before and they freak out everytime. Tell me its illegal to call them and they cant tell me anything. That being said I have emailed a couple hosts at the Hard Rock and hope to hear back...

Thanks so much! I do hope to hear from you...

I believe you but that doesn't seem correct. Why have a phone number available to the public then? Mirage # is on their website.

Call them and ask them about any event. They have the number posted for questions like "how late are you open", "can I cash my ticket there", etc. Ask them about an event and see what happens...

My thoughts as well. Munguia is a huge 154 pounder, i only saw him fight vs Ali (who was a small 154 pounder). But i want to see Munguia fight bigger and better names, but he is super young as well. Hes got a great trainer as well. My prediction is munguia maybe Tko round 9.

Smith is a decent fighter but i dont think he is great or elite by any means.

OK boys finally found some lines for this fight. Munguia is the favorite (obviously) 3 places had lines varying from -350 to -450. These were from online sportsbooks. I recall one was PaddyPower but I dont recall the other two? You can check yourself at oddschecker.com

I like Munguia in this fight. As for Pac VS Matthyssee I like Pac. Hes to quick for Matthyssee. I like it to end via decision but matthyssee could quit?

I think pacquaio and Matthysse are both past their prime. But Matthysse looked absolutely horrible in his last fight. Pacquaio didnt look bad, but u just robbed on the decision. But pacquaio was too fast with hands and his footwork is still good. I think of pacwuaio really wants to stop matthysse he could, and who knows how matthysse’s eye is gonna hold up

Final update. Odds continue to be posted from various sights. People have obviously been flooding money on Munguia. The new sites are posting odds at -800

That's too bad. I wanted to bet on the fight but its not worth risking 2 bills for $25.
