A gentlemanly cut of prime beef from the good folks at Jerry's Nugget is the way to go.

 

Since you’re doing the Grand Canyon Skywalk, I’d highly recommend one of the photo packages. You can’t bring cameras on the walk, that’s how they get you. I almost never buy the picture packages, but I made an exception. You’re going to love the Skywalk.

Don’t do the sushi at GN, me and my nephew went there years ago and there was a cockroach in the display case. I love the prime rib at Jerry’s and $3 craps, and $10 dances at Chicas across the street.

 

There is a little-known addendum to my rule about getting the sushi instead of the prime rib. I want to be the only pest to touch it.
