Yes. Although they're officially listed as being for exclusive use in a special bank of MyKonami machines located at each property, they actually work at any slot machine that accepts free play. And there is no stay required, but they cost 100k LP each.
You can also play the MyKonami Slots on Facebook. It's the exact same as the phone app, but loads slow on the web though.

Im confused, you can use 1 of each at the same property aslong as you meet minimum stay requirements. So for example if I stay in Mirage I can use 1x $25 1x$50 1x$100 and 1x$25konami as my 4 mgm rewards. Is this what you were checking?
You can use $50 and $25 at the same property. You just have to make sure you stay the specified number of days. It will say that specifically in the T&C. Did that at Aria last year. And Luxor the year before.
