OK, I know I've been harping about the Market Street Korean Short Rib appetizer with Dotard Sauce... and it's still as good as ever, but as I try things out I keep finding addictive fucking dishes... and this time it's the Hawaiian Hamburger Steak. Holy crap! Talk about comfort food?!

Thanks for the wonderful food pics, Mr. Flusher! I love the hamburger steak at Market St. I always ask for an extra order of their mac salad, it goes so well with the food.

I wanna try that pizza at Magnolias. I'll say "Sugar Baby" sent me. If I get a baffled look I know I got the wrong server.

Looking forward to the story about the $12 Johnny Rocket burger. Damn it does look good......

    Hmmmm......

The 14th floor is indeed a floor with rooms. The Sky Room... is above that.

Now that I think about it, maybe the Sky Room was indeed converted to rooms. At the south end of the 14th floor hallway was a small stairway leading down 4 or 5 steps. Maybe this is where to floor to ceiling windows stop.

I think it's over. If you count the room floors on the building, starting at 2 and skipping 13, that puts floor 14 in section that sticks up on top of the building, and it has floor to ceiling windows. Looking across at the building from the Cal's 21st floor, I could see shutters, mostly closed.

I think these rooms occupy what was once the fabled Sky Room.

Now to find the Carnivale lounge!

W...(end)...y!!! (Those familiar with said crude joke, and for those who feel like figuring it out!)

My belly is hurting retrospectively for you! I have had such nites after a late dinner where I have over done it, then no more room for late night drinking, not even anything sparkling fancy french water, or every bar digestive trick I know (Fernet, Italian soda (ie seltzer and angostura), brandy...) wouldnt help, feel for ya!

(did I overdo it with the parentheses?? this post)

Nice review, that F&C looks so good, I like that the fries, sorry, chips, are "dressed" up like that...may be worth a stop in just for that.
