Very fun read for sure........I am a former Math teacher/specialist/AP. God bless ya.......I wouldn't go back to that profession for a million dollars.

The problem with 3 day Vegas trips is that they keep you wanting more, starting from the moment you leave Vegas. I would feel for you, but you're going back in a month

Thanks. Since we can drive in from Southern California, we generally go for 2 day hit and runs and try to do something
    different each time. :)

We had a great time interacting with VMBers during our trip.
It made it more fun for us to know a lot of folks were cheering us on.

I was going to ask how you ordered a lemon drop on the floor. What exactly does the secret menu entail

I really have no idea what the entire secret menu entails other than hearing (in past reviews)
about the raspberry lemon drops and the cosmo cocktails at Cosmopolitan.
I just asked for one and they brought them to me. :D
I did strike up a conversation with the CW Katie, because she was very friendly, so I think she felt comfortable asking me
how I knew about the "secret menu".
We've only stayed at Cosmo twice...and the first time I didn't order anything from a CW, so I have limited experience there.

Did you like the Cosmo? Is it like the one you were talking about at Parasol Down or different? (note to self: going to try that as soon as I check in.)

I remember feeling noooo pain one afternoon after two Cosmos on an empty stomach are something else!

    Hi, Retrobabble.
It was fun drinking a Cosmo at the Cosmo while playing slots.
Not too bad for a floor drink.
The White Cosmo at Parasol Up was epic...but sadly, they took it off the menu.
It was made with white cranberry, vodka, fresh citrus juice...really good.
You can try asking one of the regular CWs and see if she can talk the bartender into making one for you.
I'm not a big fan of the new cocktail menu at Parasol Up but the lychee martini is pretty tasty at Parasol Down.
(They have separate "signature" cocktails for Up and Down now)

Oh, Parasol Up. My bad. Also, that's a shame. I'll see if I can bribe someone there. Parasol Down has a really delicious non-alcoholic (I know, shhh) cucumber lime drink that was really good when the temps were scorching. Now I can check out the lychee martini. Thanks!

Ha! I can mail you out one slightly used Lucky-Vegas-Hungover-Squeaky-Donut, no problem.
Just let me know and it's yours! Let's spread the luck around.

Hubs is an amateur collector of pop culture stuff (okay, so am I) and he showed me something
we can bring next time...if the Simpsons slot is still around. You know how they can come and go...

I've had a cucumber drink there before.
Hmmm...doesn't sound like me to have a non-alcoholic drink at a bar in Vegas.
Yes. The lychee martini is pretty tasty. Let me know what you think when you try it.

Thanks Ardee. Thoroughly enjoyed this one. I am a sucker for any Elvis slot machine. Most assuredly I'll be looking for and playing The King at Cosmo this November...and Laura...not necessarily in that order. lol, again fantastic TR.
