    Hi there!

Earlier this week I recieved my comps for sept and oct. They call it 'three complimentary nights', but when I open the link to book, I get this:

I can only book the yellow nights?! What's up with that?

Does anyone else experience this, or know what it means? Someone said it could be a glitch, but it has been like this for 3 or 4 days now...

I would call them, but being from the Netherlands I'm very insecure on the phone... (my English is fine in person, but once on the phone I sound like a complete idiot, haha!)

    Thanks!

If you know your dates, I would just call and try to book, you don't have to go into how the website is messed up.

I had this happen and I had to call them. Maybe try emailing them and explain you are from the Netherlands and do not want to call? It can't hurt to try.

Anything that has comp is available. Just do a test online. I believe the white are easiest and the yellow are getting low

My screen looks exactly the same but, if I simply put in the dates I want, it still comes up as a comp. Even the color legend above the calendar says that whited dates are available.

You will have 2 sets of comp nights per month 1st-16th and 17th to the end of the month. The yellow nights are "No Arrival Dates" white dates are open.

it's not a glitch, it's what it is.
White ones are available, not the yellow ones.

This seems to be the case. I just booked two nights, one yellow, one white, but it started with a white date and it worked.

    Thanks all for your suggestions!

I had about the same screen, just clicked on my arriving day and stated 4 nights.....all came up COMPED.
Arriving a Saturday BTW, never has been a problem.

I miss now that I can't do 2 nights at one place and then 2 nights down town.

The fist two times I tried, all I got was: room type not available (for every room type!). Glad it worked out okay now.

    I settled with all 4 @ Orleans.
Decided to give a break from MSS, since I was there April.

2 nights at the Cal this time? Have you ever stayed downtown before? You'll get to see/meet a lot of Hawaiians there.

It's early to start detailed planning, I know, but see if you can get the West tower there when you check in! It's much better!

I have been trying since last week to book at the Cal in October. the calendar says comp all over the place, but everything I click on say room unavailable.
    very frustrating!

    We've booked a 'renovated' room :)

Yes, we've stayed at GN once and at the Plaza twice. I'm not the biggest downtown fan, but we do have a car, so we can go where ever we want! And I must say I kinda love El Cortez, so I guess we'll spend at least one evening over there!
