Ballys Jubilee are in the 3 year range. HARRAHS has one that was done last year. PH have some (not sure of name). Paris Burgundy were last year. Linq - all rooms. Caesars has one tower at least also redone recently.

I believe the Augustus tower at Caesars was also remodeled within the last year.

For harrahs you would be looking at the Valley tower, and PH would be the ultra hip rooms.

Were they? I am only questioning that because I have stayed in that tower a couple times in the past year, including last week, and it didn't appear remodeled. The furniture is always nicked and beaten to hell. And the carpet and tile looked old.

Yes, some of the Augustus tower rooms have been remodeled recently and it is currently still going on. I stayed in a remodeled one back in December. My host told me they're slowly remodeling the Augustus tower rooms, but since they're in such high demand they can only do a little at a time. From staying in the new remodeled ones, there isn't much difference between the new and old rooms. I believe they kept the old furniture as it looked the same. The only thing it looks like they did was apply a new coat of paint, changed the bedding, curtains, and carpet. Remodeled rooms do look a bit more contemporary. But I would be fine staying in old or new ones as there isn't any significant differences. Below are videos of the new and old rooms for comparison.

I guess I stayed in one last week that wasn't yet remodeled. The hallway (29th floor) had the new hallway carpet shown in the first video, but that was it. Good to know

I believe the Casino Tower rooms at the Hard Rock Hotel have just been remodeled.

Delano was a complete remodel from The Hotel, that was 2014 I believe. And then I think Mandalay Bay rooms have been refreshed over the past year - not sure if they finished.

I recently stayed at SLS and loved the room, although it was smallish. All of their rooms were completely re-done in 2014 before the reopening.

I did not see what the rooms in the tower branded as "W" were like, but I assume they were spiffed up more recently.

(LOL, it took me a while to figure out that there was no restroom by the big "W" sign in the lobby.) :) :) :)

Bellagio finished up their suites about a year ago. Top to bottom refresh. I'm not a huge fan, but the finishes have held up well so far.

Luxor is currently updating their pyramid rooms. I highly recommend the renovated rooms at PH. It appears most of the rooms in their inventory have been updated by this point.
