Been invited to Vegas trips, because I can get them FRB. Yes I can. But when they complain about CET free stuff. WTF. Happen to you?

I thought you owned a house in Henderson?
Why would you need a comped room?

The local Harrahs used to keep sending me free room offers for weekday nights, which I really can't use. I do admit I let an out of town friend use it once.

Take them to the Skyline or Longhorn. They'll forget quickly about their complaints. I'm sure the Skyline still had the fecal matter air perfume by the bar.

Yes I do. I am not a resident of Viva, just a property owner. When I gamble I get same offers as do U. I live IA. 82%. So I receive comps for my disorder to IA.

Just curious: What is IA? What is 82%? What do you mean by "my disorder to IA?"

And sorry in advance if this is all obvious. I'm not as hip. I'm from the older generation and don't understand.

    But want to.

I believe the gist of the OP is if you share/give comps to family and friends and they don't show appreciation because in their mind it was free, does that annoy you.

My answer is yes. And it affects what I give them in the future.

This reminds me of the scene in Airplane, where Leave It to Beaver's mom tells the stewardess that she speaks jive and will translate.

I make it a point to remind them that I get comps because of my spending habits. Most of them "get it". The ones that don't usually don't get a second offer.

Next question - did you THINK you understood it all, or did you really? Since this poster likes to short change us in explanations, it is left to assumptions on our part. Each person will assume and interpret as they see fit. You may or may not have guessed right.
