    Hi All

I need to earn 15,000 tier credits and have 4 days and a $10k bank roll to do it, there are two of us and I have two cards on my account, I am assuming the best way to do this would be to earn 2500 credits each day to get the 5000 bonus each day.

Any ideas roughly how long this would take and how much it would cost?

I am also assuming JOB would be the machine to do it on.

    Thanks for your help.

There is a post on here by DaiLun titled something about getting to 7*. The thread contained a detailed description of how they achieved 7*, coin in, etc. Its not completely on point with your question but I think it would give you the answer you seek.

Sorry, I don't watch my CET credits closely enough to give you any idea.

Yeah, I'm not much of a VP player.

Two 2500TC days is definitely the easiest. I find that 5000TC days (done it once) has it's share of hazards.

2500TC takes me about 3-4 hours at an average of $5.00 a pull. My average for TC is $1.00 perTC. Since VP gives 50% of slots, that would be 6-8 hours at $5.00 or 3-4 hours at $10.00.

Timspeed or one of the other VP players should be able to give you a better idea if you are a VP player.

You could play that 10pla DSTP JoB machine in the HL room at Planet Hollywood. I believe that this is the best CET machine available that still offers full TC's. I think DIAD would be about 4hrs of play so 2hrs/day would get you to 2500TC

As you can see by my banners, I will be there on Saturday and plan on doing exactly that, assuming I survive Thursday/Friday.

If you're looking to minimize expected losses then either two 2500 TC days or one 5000 TC day would be best as either would give you 15,000 TC. The best game left of all of CET Vegas for this is dollar single line 8/5 Bonus (99.17%) at Rio that still earns $10 per tier credit. $10k should be plenty to pull this off (I could run some numbers), but it will take awhile to pull off. 5000 hands each day.

The other option like adbynot mentioned is 3/5/10 play 9/5 JoB dollars at planet Hollywood with double super times pay. But unless you feel like the extra variance, you might not want to add the optional Double STP. 9/5 JoB w/Double STP will be a lot more swingy.

Also I believe the 100 play poker machine in high limit at PHo is 9/5 JoB at quarters and like the double STP game, you don't have to play all the lines to bet 5 per line.

Where are you attempting to do this?
I'd do 2500TC in back to back days, that'd give you 15k TC (including bonus's)
You don't need $10k to do it..$5k actually oughta be enough (Play $1 single line 8/5 Bonus Poker, x 2 people, should take about 4 hours each day; which is what a casino wants you to play time wise)
EDIT: FWIW, if you're there this weekend, you'll fight me for the machines at Rio, haha.

Sorry for the late reply (I've just returned from holiday), I managed to do it by earning over 5000 tier credits in a day by playing high card flush for about 6 hours in Laughlin at an average bet of about $300 a hand, to be honest I think they screwed up the calculation as I cannot see how I managed to earn that many tier credits playing that game but hey, who am I to argue, I got what I wanted and it only cost me about $3k

Now to take full advantage of 7 stars next year :)

If you just bet the main bet at $300, yeah it's pretty generous (theo of $1890 at 3% for main game). If you bet $300 on the main bet, $25 on the flush and $25 on the straight flush, then it would be closer to matching the expected theo from penny slots with a theo of about $3000.

And don't you mean diamond? You have to bet 10 days like that to be 7 Stars.

I was betting $50 on the flush - $25 on the straight flush, $200 on the ante and $200 on the raise (when applicable) so the average was about $300 (I should think) as I didn't play every hand.

I had about 135,000 tier credits already so just needed the final 15,000 to make 7 stars.

On what game(s) did you earn the first 135k tier credits?

With that bet breakdown, the optimal theo ($2619) falls pretty well in line with what I would expect from grinding 5000 Tier through a slot machine. So you were rated appropriately it seems.

Generally though, Video Poker seems to be the Tier Credit sweet spot for grinding if you play the right games/paytables.

They were earned over a total of 6 weeks play in AC, LV and Laughlin on pretty much every table game, and a lot of slots. Included in them were 3x 5000 tier credit days so I got the bonus 10,000 each day, plus I had a bonus 5000 x 2 for reaching DIA asp L1 and 2 last year, and finally there was the bonus tier credits earlier in the year which helped.

What kind of bankroll or expected loss would it be to earn 1000 tier credits playing this? I have 13k tier credits now so just need 1k in a day with the 1k bonus

You can actually have as many cards as you want. More than once I left mine in the room or at home. Just go up to the TR counter and they will give you two more.

And by the way, I don't think they have a clue how many cards you have "on my account".
