I booked 3 nights at Circus Circus online and it was easy peasy. But now I want to cancel them, as I found something better elsewhere (non M-life) and to my frustration I can't find a way to cancel it online. Does anyone know if it's possible to do online?

I hope I don't have to log on to my M-life account in order to be able to cancel online, because I can't activate my online account due to a system error (please try again later).

Aarghh... really frustrating to get stuck with everything I try! I guess I wait till a bit later (local daytime Vegas) and call the hotel. Not looking forward to it.

If you are TR member you just log on and go to where you booked and I think on the left is a change/cancel.

Thank you so much! I didn't get that option when I clicked Guest Services, only a page with phone numbers.

I did enter the requested details, but unfortunately I still have to call the hotel.

CC is not a Mlife property even though it is owned by MGM.

Yes I noticed they have a different website than the MGM properties too.

Still at the bottom of the MGM site but they have a CC players club card.

CC is the red headed step child, sort of Mlife but not really.

There are/were threads around here that speculated that, but, after looking at the numbers, Circus Circus makes them money, plus it is sitting next to 55 acres that MGM owns and would like to develop some day. I think they have been using that land for the Rock In Rio festival the past few years.

I think they don't include it with mLife because it doesn't fit into the image their other properties have, plus they don't have to funnel CC players into the mLife system.
