Glad to see some positive comments about Culinary Drop-Out inside the Hard Rock... in addition to their fried-chicken, that's described in the article, I'm a BIG fan of their shaved prime-rib dip!!! The monkey-bread is pretty damn good as well.

I second smartone's recommendation on the shaved prime rib at Culinary Drop-out. They bake their own bread daily, they have a great outdoor patio that overlooks the pool, and a decent cocktail selection. I think it is a great place. In general, I think the Hard Rock has a solid restaurant line-up for the size of the property.

The turkey pastrami sandwich is also great at Culinary Dropout.

The endoedibles reviews are not very good. Not much merit in those reviews. The person obviously likes all chicken sandwiches and recommends those dishes. They went to B&B and failed to review a burger! LOL!

Love culinary dropout. Food + beer selection + weekend music makes for a great start to a vegas evening.
