    Hi everyone,

    I'm currently Mlife Gold.
This year will be my third time in Vegas and Aria.
First time I booked directly via their web site.
Second year, casino vip services supervisor helped me and made my reservation via e-mail.
Last year, mlife desk gave me a casino host's business card. During planning this year's visit, I e-mailed him but he didn't help me much. So I wrote to casino supervisor again and she made the reservation again.

during all this years and this process, I've never got any e-mails from Aria. I see on VMB people get e-mails and offers and also upgrade offers.
I've an upcoming reservation for September and a i think a corner suite upgrade would be nice but I dont't get any upgrade offers.
Is that because of I don't live in USA?

Make sure they have your account flagged to receive offers.

I think it's common for people who reside outside the US to not receive email offers, but there are other mysterious things about how they do it as well.

I get offers in my online account at the Corporate level, from Aria, and from MGM Grand. The only one I ever get emails from is MGM Grand.

Since you are from Turkey, I think you will see way less. Seems others that are overseas have mentioned not getting offers like U.S. based players get.

Not sure if they treat Canadians any different than overseas but I get email offers and I even got my first mailing from Aria and Cosmopolitan recently. Surprised they would bother to waste the money on postage when it is the same as what comes in the email.

You'll probably have to wait until check in. I tried to see about an upgrade to corner suite. I've gotten one in the past emailed to me for $75 so I was hoping I could do that again. I was told it is not part of my current offer and I would have to wait until check-in to see if it is available. Which sucks because I wanted to use the limo pickup from the airport to surprise my Mom.

I asked the same question one year ago directly to mlife and this was the Answer (I live in Belgium):

Thank you for contacting M life Member Services. Our IT Support team, let us know per corporate policy, we can only send emails to US and Canadian addresses. Please let us know which resort you are interested in getting offers/promotions and we can forward their phone number or forward your request direct to the property. We look forward to welcoming you to MGM Resorts in the future.

    That seems strange to me.
I would have thought they'd only have restrictions on email WITHIN the US.

You'd think email would be preferred for international due to cost of mailing plus timely delivery.

We sure don't get any real mail, we only have the offers you can See on your online account.

Still a strange policy because wynncore ,Cosmo and V/P send me email offers.

I thought they were sending upgrade offers too because I've seen such posts here in VMB.

Never once have i had a email offer from Mlife even though I have stayed at their properties about 20 times in last 8 years or so I have though had 3 letters through the post from a host at the MGM introducing herself and with various offers and i have been in email contact with her and asked her the question about email offers to overseas people and she thought we did get them lol

Funny thing is i have only ever stayed at Planet Hollywood once back in 2012 and i get offers from TR resorts all the time through email
