OK I think I got it down to these
    1. Javaries at aria for Mexican
    2. Tevi at Caesars for Italian
    3. Delmonico at ? For streak

Do my wife and I need fancy dress clothes for any of these. Or would like docker slacks and a collared golf shirt be ok for me.
And slacks and top for my wife
Or do we need to bring other clothes
Or is there not really any dress code and we can wear shorts in the Vegas heat to all
    Thanks

    Delmonico is at Venetian.

Generally, dress codes in Vegas are pretty relaxed. I've seen people at fancy steakhouses in shorts.

It is mostly about your comfort level. No one will look at you sideways for Dockers and a collared shirt.

One thing that is better about Vegas now than in the good old days (in my opinion): You can never be underdressed or overdressed. Wear a swimsuit or a tuxedo and you will fit right in, as long as you feel comfortable.

Trevi is a nice place, great for people-watching, but casual in style. You will be fine.

It's unfortunate that it's now acceptable to go into a nice restaurant wearing shorts. I guess I'm a little old fashion about dressing appropriately for certain occasions.

I have to "dress up" for work every day. I love not having to do that in Vegas. With the heat at around 110 this week everyone is dressed to the bare minimum. I like it :).
