I apologize if any else has already pointed this out, because I just discovered it yesterday. Did you know that you can go to the property you are staying at and see your comp offer, not only the room info - but the free play, food credit, as well. Not sure if this shows host offers. You can also cancel the offer there. If you go to a different M life property you can see your reservation, but I think you can only cancel from the web-site of the property you are trying to cancel. I have only ever dealt with the M Life site, never thought to look for this on the actual property web-site. When you go in, simply click on the Itinerary button in the right hand upper corner of the window.

If this is old news, just go ahead and make fun of me :evillaugh

Mine shows arrival and departure but shows a rate. It is a comp. Mine doesn't show my FP or RC. All parts of the offer were mentioned by the booking agent when she looked through all my offers to find the best one so I'm ASSuming it will all be honored when I arrive. Maybe it was how the agent listed it? I also booked in February. Maybe it's something new?

    How/where do you do that?

I have a future trip booked via the host and can not see it online anywhere.

As soon as you log in to the property web-site, in the upper right-hand corner, you should see an itinerary button. Mine showed up when I clicked that. I have only tried this on the MC and Bellagio sites, but it was on both of them. As I said, I don't know if host offers will show up.

I also see that as Ezzy711 pointed out, it does show dollars, but I don't think that means anything except they are showing you the value of the room.

Thank you for posting this information - I didn't know about it until now, and when I logged onto ARIA I saw a reservation for late May that I had called and canceled still showing as active!!! I canceled it myself so that I would not be charged for the comp as a no-show.

I think I figured it out. From the hotel page, sign in at the upper left with your mlife login. Then you can check reservations. I was able to see one from last year, but can not see my future one. That was done my host and I do not have a confirmation number.

I was able to see my upcoming June host booked offer and my completed trip from April. My upcoming offer is a comp but does show the room rate.

I have pulled it up via the Aria website. There are two reservations (which is correct)...

The one that is this month shows the date and room type at the Gold Strike Tunica with no pricing info. It is a comped room that I called about this week; there was no offer, the person on the line just took my info and checked my account before comping the room.

The other one is for September. It shows a cost of $882.56 but it shows an offer of $75 in free play, $50 in food, and four free nights.... The reservation letter shows a rate of "$0 + 12%"...

    Interesting...

Mine shows up but also shows a rate and resort fee total. It was a 3 night comp, waived resort fees. I think the rate thing is just a default.

I commented on this in another thread. The reservation will show, however it may also show a room cost even though you are part of a promo offer. For instance my 3 night stay at Luxor for Memorial Day weekend shows a balance of $400+ and does not mention the FP offer I've booked.

Just to confirm my information is correct I did call and the lady in VIP services said that the reservation on the web-site is just a "holder" to show that you have rooms reserved but does not factor in the promotional price. My actual cost is $12 after tax which is not reflected on the web-site.

It is possible that your host hasn't officially booked it in reservations yet - happens to me once in awhile and when I call they reassure me it will show up, but it takes some time from when the host sends it to the reservation folks before it is actually entered. You can also call and they can give you the confirmation number if it is officially booked.

I like this feature where you can verify online - our stay at Aria showed the actual cost of the room stay - even though it was a fully comped offer, and it did not show the FP or TC - maybe the way each offer is coded determines what appears in the confirmation.

Thanks OP for sharing this information - seems mlife is making lots of changes on their website.
