When I used my CET Rewards Credits to pay for a $125 bill at Chayo in The Linq, the total bill was $125. When I looked at my Rewards Credits the next day, I saw that they took off 25,000 points. Are Rewards Credits at CET restaurants valued at 50 cents for every 100 points? It was one dollar for every 100 points when I used it for meals years ago.

Depends on the Restaurant. Some of them are .50 cents on the dollar. Other eateries are 1/1

That is true. In New Orleans, the CET Reward credits are usually 2 to 1 exchange for restaurants but others, like Mannings are 1 to 1. The hostess usually knows the applicable rate so make sure to ask before you get seated.

Thanx, I won't make that mistake again. $250 for average fajitas, shrimp tacos, carnitas tacos, chips and guacamole, and two flights of tequilas is a bit much. I think it's a bit much at $125 also.

Yes, there are a handful that do double credits. Here is a link to an thread
that probably should be under comps or restaurants.

Pretty much every place in the Linq Promenade is 2:1.

Are you still in Vegas? If not, call at a time when they aren't busy and talk to the manager. See if they'd be willing to charge your credit card and refund your RCs. If it were a small amount, it wouldn't be a big deal, but that is a pretty hefty hit on your RCs.

I had an instance where I room charged a Yardhouse bill. The checkout lady assured me it would be taken at 1:1. It wasn't. I emailed TR when I got home and asked for them to charge my CC and refund my RCs. They did.

It sucks that some use double points. I always use points to eat at Bacchanal each trip and it's always $1 for every 100 points I have.

some do 1-1 some do 1.5-1 and some do 2-1....basically CET doesnt want you loadng up your RCs, they are finding everyway to get you off of them , b/c once you dont have them, you have to play quite a bit to get a comped meal...

Does anyone have the TR email address? I find that the phone call isn't as efficient :(

excuse me if I politely laugh.

Not sure an email will do much better. What is the question - maybe some folks here can help.

I was on hold for 25 minutes, so efficiency is more of a time thing. But funny that you say that... a supervisor once told me that "if you want something done, some times you gotta just pick up the phone and make a call." So true!

Anyway, I booked two rooms on my last Vegas trip and only received points for one of the rooms. Both rooms had same check-in / check-out dates.....hmmm wonder if two rooms affected by ADT.

If you book more than one room you only get credits for one room. That's what I was told when I booked 4 rooms in June.

DAMN! Thanks for that info. It's a shame if you think about it because you're still spending money at the casino. No different than getting TRs for eating...

best way for this is to go to the totalrewards site and go to contact us, you select a few things to get the email to go where it needs to go, they send you a confirmation email and its usually answered bacl fair;y quick, 3 days max, from there you can continue email or tell them to call you

Glad I saw this thread as I was going to start a new one. I do have the pages saved that show which eateries at Caesars properties that charge 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 RCs.
There is NO date shown on my list. BUT that was years ago that I saved it and It doesn't show Chayo but has Guys and Giadas place . Anyone have an updated one with date?
It seems they have taken out their cafes and replaced them with a food courts or super chefs/special names that = high prices.
