Hi all.....forum newbie craps newbie with some comp questions. Played at Golden Nugget 6 hours average bet when I asked was told 150. What IF ANYTHNG in the way of comps or future offers could I expect from play like this??

Also stayed at Planet Hollywood and played a 6-7 hour session each of the two days I was there. Again, what IF ANYTHING would this kind of play offer me?
Thanks in advance for the help!! Love the site so far

Others with much more experience in the comps will chime in but I can tell you that I'm usually rated $175-200+ per roll at V/P and I'm able to get 3-4 comp nights (even on busy weekends and events) with $200ish in promo chips and $100-200 in food credit.

My understanding is the GN fashions itself as a strip prop even though it's downtown so while you won't receive the same offers as if you played at MSS or The D you'll still get offers. I have given the GN over in Lake Charles LA comparable play as I listed above and I get mailers from Vegas for three nights and $400 in promo chips. I've never taken them up on the rooms and I don't know if that is a fishing offer or if it is consistent. The cool thing is they don't make me stay there to use the chips.

I'd guess free rooms, maybe some small FP (under $100).

For an average of $150 what were your pass/odds/come/prop bets like on a average roll?

Ah man, I got a fishing offer from V/P, and lost my offers based on my play. I assume it's b/c my play was too spread out at different casinos (went with a new group of friends wanting to play here or there). When I did play at V/P, it was $25 pass, 2x odds, at least a couple place bets or going across all numbers if not place betting, then come betting. Perhaps I didn't play long enough, but was bummed I lost any future offers :/ I think I was only able to put in about...4-5 hours at their properties over a 3 night stay.

$150 average bet for 6 hours on craps is some very solid play. That's about $1000 in Theo. I'd estimate you're going to get 4 nights and a couple hundred dollars in free play easy.
Did you bring a big bank roll or just go on a nice long heater?

Thanks for all the input guys.....I had a decent bank roll but basically rode the roller coaster up and down winning/losing. In the end learned a lot about the game and had a ton of fun, did go on a 45 minute roll, most fun I've ever had gambling!! .....good bye black jack tables

If and when I get offers I can post them here to give others an idea as to what that play got me.

    Thanks again for the input.

How long ago since you've played there? Before the famous yanking of the comps a couple years ago? I'm guessing if you went back and played the same way you'd see offers coming back in. The time could've been an issue but if you like it there give them a nice chunk next time and see if they take note.

    I love playing craps there.
