Super Bowl Weekend Flamingo Feb 3-8

I have read a bunch of trip reports but this will be the first one I am trying to write and also trying live. We will see how it goes. Flying out of philly and starting with a two hour delay on budget Spirit.
Only going to be three of us for this trip; myself, wife, and wife's best friend who turns 40 on Friday. No huge plans but trying to seek out a Super Bowl party for Sunday if anyone knows of any that won't break the gambling budget. Wife and friend have reservations for lunch @ Giada's on Friday.

I mostly play craps, let it ride, blackjack, slots, video poker, and roulette. I love the vibe of casinos so sometimes I like to just take in the sights. Last trip the wife was playing wheel of fortune about 2 hours before our flight and hit this
We are low rollers so this was a nice ending to our trip.
First time using tapatalk so hope the pictures are coming out right.

So didn't get to flamingo until 1:00 AM and I can't believe it but went to bed as we were exhausted since we also worked all day yesterday. I have always defended the flamingo because I love the pool, location( ability to quickly move to casinos) and the five o'clock somewhere bar but my room is beyond horrible. No ironing board in the room, shower is dripping, light bulb out in the bathroom( there is only two). Things don't usually bother me because time spent in the room is minimal but for some reason aggravates me this time. I usually think of it as the room is free so why complain but starting to have higher expectations.
Sitting at Tag bar right now playing some video poker and still in search of a royal. Only started playing about a year ago.
Waiting for our third wheel to arrive and officially start this trip off.

Uneventful first day down a few hundred playing pass line on craps and video poker. Jump on table at flamingo and proceed to make five points so get my money back while the wife hits the sex and the city slot for a few hundred. So started out bad but turning good.
