Hi I'm staying mid-week at Cromwell and I'm wondering which Caesars property to use my 100 dollar Diamond Celebration voucher as a solo.

Giada's menu doesn't excite me much. I was thinking maybe Gordon Ramsay Pub at Caesars, or the oyster bar at Harrah's. Or going to Guy Fieris for brisket and a couple fish bowl margs. Hell even grab a stranger and do the Bacchanal Buffet The other option is to scratch up another hundred and go omakase at NOBU if they take the voucher.

Any ideas? what would you do in my position?

I love the Oyster Bar and could probably knock out $100 there solo. I also like the Bachanal option.

Sorry to sidetrack, but do you need to go to the TR desk and get the voucher for a specific restaurant or do you just get a $100 voucher and go to any place that will redeem it?

Am interested in peoples choices as will be solo in June with the voucher also.

Old Homestead. No brainer in my book.

I've been to Gordon Ramsay's pub, and wouldn't go back. I like the Oyster Bar at Harrahs.
You could easily use the $100 at Old Homestead (my fav for steak).

You could try the BLT Steak in Ballys.

Been to GRamsey Pub. Enjoyed it both times. But, it would be hard to put a dent in that $100 for one person.

Ramsey steakhouse at Paris would be better.

Gordon Ramsay Steak or Old Homestead. Another way would be Sterling Brunch on a Sunday, it's actually at BLT Steak.

Gordon Ramsay Steak is quite good. Used my $100 last year on my solo trip and it was perfect. Great service

I used mine at Gordon Ramsey Steak. I had an American Rib Cap, potato purée and glass of wine, that just about used it up in full.

I like Koi and I'm there often. I don't think it's on the list for the Diamond $100 dinner. I believe you can use 7 Star dinner vouchers at Koi, but it would have to be arranged through a host as it's not a CET owned restaurant.

I agree. Old Homestead is much better that Gordon Ramsey steak. The service at Homestead is great and not nearly as pretentious as Gordon Ramsey

So I've never actually used it but I believe you have to get it at the property you want to use it at. They will not reissue as well I believe if you get distracted and don't use it.

I've seen stand alone kiosks beside the TR desk where you can print the voucher.
I'd print it or picket up just before you want to use it. If you lose it, it won't be re-issued.
